GoogleWe deal with them last year, during the Far West of the one-bed flat. Went for a view and we were left on the street waiting for the agent, But nobody shows up. Then we asked for clarification by email and we never received an answer.

GoogleI received excellent service from Bianca Scott-Leslie on a matter concerning the house I bought through the agency. She was a great representative for the firm and made up for the non-removal of the ‘sold’ sign a while back. I definitely rate her professionalism and enthusiasm.

GoogleMichael Connaughton and James Kerr were absolutely first class in handling our recent house purchase. Our solicitor said that James Kerr was a pleasure to deal with (and one of the few estate agents she is happy to talk to in London!) as he is courteous and never bothered her unnecessarily.We would definitely recommend them.

I was assisted by Miranda in my property search and wholeheartedly have to say that the service I received was fantastic. Miranda took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel supported and valued throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend!

The only sad thing for me is the end of my working relationship with the wonderful Jo Hewitt at Winkworth. She is everything you want from a managing agent: pro-active, efficient, considerate, fair and friendly. If only I could have handed out a 6th star...

GoogleWinkworth were excellent. Our sale was complex and the advice we received and the service provided were both out of the top drawer. Carl Burgess, in particular, was brilliant, staying right on top of the sale and communicating excellently through-out the process. Estate Agents get a lot of stick, and quite often deserve it, but I have nothing but praise for the job done here. Strongly recommended!

GoogleMy flat is rented through and is managed by Winkworth. My experience with them has been superb throughout the process, with the team being super helpful throughout the process. In particular, our flat is managed by Michelle George, who has been very responsive and had done a good job handling the various small issues that have cropped up in the past few months.

GoogleThe team at Winkworth in Shepherds Bush have been managing my property for almost five years now and they have just secured my 4th set of tenants. The average vacant period between tenancies has been just 2.5 days! Rent has always been paid and good tenants found. They have always been on hand to deal with any queies or problems I would highly recommend them.
