GoogleWe've been using Winkworth Shepherds Bush to manage our flat for over 10 years, and Jo has been our main point of contact since 2010. We have found her service warm and personal (despite us living abroad) and her management of our property's many needs over that time to be highly efficient. We can highly recommend Winkworth Shepherds Bush and Jo Hewitt in particular.

GoogleThe managing of the rental property is well under the level you would expect from a reputable estate agent. Constant staff reallocation to different properties means delay in getting repairs done and in ordinary maintenance. You sign the rent with one branch and then you are allocated to another branch for managing the property creating inefficiency and confusion.

GoogleOut of all the estate agents in the area that I had to deal with, these guys were by far the best. Made the process very easy for us and found properties that fit the criteria. Conrad on the lettings team was very genuine and very responsive when we had queries. Would strongly recommend them!

Googlegreat properties on the letting side, but heads up if you're an international student, they want you to pay a full year upfront ( so 12 months rent + deposit)

GoogleMyself and my housemate and felt the staff were quite short and rude with us. The flat itself is lovely and cannot be faulted just having to deal with Winkworth means we probably won't renew our contract.
Dear Emily, As you can imagine, we are saddened to hear that you have felt unhappy with our service because we work hard make this a smooth process for tenants. As per your tenancy agreement, you are required to send your rent over to us via standing order and therefore, as we still haven’t received proof of such, we have had to keep chasing. This is mostly to aid yourselves to ensure you do not fall into rental arrears and therefore ensures that you can be provided with a suitable and good reference going forward if you choose to move out of the property. We can only think this process is what you were referring to in your negative review, but please get in touch with me to let us know if there were any other issues so that we can look into them. I must stress that we have done our best to accommodate all of your wishes, including advice to your family members with regards to the best way to move in you into the property, and offered immediate aid within the initial days of the tenancy when you were locked out of the property due to the misplacement of the keys. We wish you nothing but the best for the remainder of your tenancy and of course, will be here to aid you where we can.
