Dear Yulie, We are sorry that you are disappointed that your offer was not accepted but there were two offers on the property and as you had a dog the Landlord chose the other offer. I know moving house can be stressful but we fail to see how this can reflect on us and understand that you were offering on multiple properties at the same time, so hopefully one of those came off, either way we wish you the very best in your property search and moving home.
