I just want to say a massive thank you to your colleague Miranda, I recently attended a viewing of hers, I was unfortunately late due to unforeseen circumstances but Miranda stayed and gave me a later viewing which I was extremely appreciative of. Her knowledge on the property, area and rental process were incredible. We did have an offer accepted on another property before we heard back from this one but I just wanted to extend a thank you to Miranda and recommend her for some of form of award or bonus as she really deserved it - she is a massive asset to Winkworth.

Small gestures go a long way and today I was lucky enough to speak with Bianca from the Winkworth Shepherds Bush office as I needed a couple documents printed off and scanned back to me. Nothing to do with lettings or sales for the company but just an opportunity to help a tenant of Winkworth with a simple task that needed completing by the end of the day. Thanks to Bianca I was able to have everything printed off and scanned back to me within 15 minutes. Very friendly office in general and had a great experiencing moving in back in December with help from a senior team member Miranda!

We have just moved into our flat in Shepherd’s Bush. Right from the start from when we first viewed the flat and all the paperwork that followed and needed completing and then getting the keys, Winkworth guided us through it all step by step. I'm just finishing a process of renting a flat in London and I found Winkworth very professional on the way they treat customers and consequently a trustful company to deal with. I rented through Winkworth this past year and overall it was a positive experience. There were a couple of hiccups throughout the course of our tenancy and some difficulty at the start of our contract, but any larger issues for the remainder of the year were more to do with our particular landlord and less to do with the agency itself. That said, our property manager Katrina was fantastic! She was incredibly responsive to any and all queries regarding our flat, and was lovely and personable in our communications with her. Katrina is an asset to Winkworth SB.

Regarding Michael Anthony, there are very few individuals that you meet who are truly exceptional by way of motivation, experience, and knowledge of the right amount of ‘push and pull’ to ensure a complex task reaches full completion. Our move would most likely not have happened had it not been for Michael’s highly adept coordination of two other sets of estate agents, and three other sets of lawyers. There was a striking absence of communication throughout much of the chain, with the exception of Michael, who kept us informed on a frequent basis. I would add that these updates were not only once a significant milestone in the process had occurred, but he also checked in frequently, to ensure that no momentum was lost even when things were stalling. I will be going out of my way to recommend him to all my friends in the area under Winkworth (for instance, all parent chat groups), and will do so again next spring, where a substantial amount of houses come onto the market), and whilst we anticipate this recent purchase to be a house for life, should we need to sell any of our other properties in the area, we will seek him out without a second thought. Worst renting experience ever. House was slowly falling apart and it was really hard to reach our property manager. House was dirty when we moved in even though it was meant to be professionally cleaned, lots of things were broken and even after we pointed it out they were never replaced. Throughout the year we had lots of issues (mice, leaks etc) and every time it was a fight with the agency to get someone to do something about it. Would really not recommend to rent with winkworth....go to a smaller agency, they at least know your name and care a bit about your living experience.
