Winchester White have recently helped to rent our property in Chelsea, London. Harry Evans was enthusiastic, motivated and very organised. He’s excellent at his job and knows the market very well. When to take risks and when not to. Getting the property marketed and rented happened so smoothly and quickly for us - couldn’t fault them and their work ethic. His team are great - particularly Louis Berenger and the photographer. Would absolutely recommend working with Harry and his team.

Probably the best renting experience…

Probably the best renting experience I’ve had, hands down. Everything was seamless and the team made the offer, signing, and move in process very straightforward. Anytime my flatmate and I had questions someone was there to provide very timely answers. Louis and Harry were amazing with the process of securing the flat and Amy was so incredibly helpful when we were moving in and even getting us settled in the new flat. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and things were in order; couldn’t have asked for more!!! Highly recommend :)

I never usually log on to leave a review but it is rare to get such genuine personable customer service that I really wanted to leave a review. My partner and I been searching for a rental property recently and it was a pleasure working with Winchester White during the search process.Sarah has been a fantastic help - always friendly, professional and efficient.Her communication has always been timely and appropriate and it isn’t an exaggeration to say it has been nice to receive emails and calls from an estate agent in this case! Although we have likely found a suitable property through another agent on this occasion we would happily use Winchester White again and in fact feel that the personalised service we received from them hasn’t been matched by any other of the many agents we have had contact with over our search! Would happily recommend to others.

Alexa Hotca and James Thompson, top notch professionals!

Thank you to Alexa Hotca for what you have done so far.She recently became a Tenancy Manager, which means she is doing her job very well and deserved to be promoted! She is very thorough, reassuring and prompt. I was a bit scared I wouldn't end up with a new flatmate but she confirmed that all would be fine in the end. As for James Thompson, he is a great Assistant Property Manager, also very prompt and extremely helpful with my queries. I was a bit skeptical at first to use another agency to find a flat, but honestly, I couldn't be more wrong! Winchester White are excellent at what they do. I feel safe, secure and the landlord does too.

After renting with Winchester White for 4 years I expected a civil ending (at least), however our experience was awful. Some of the team are lovely but sadly the overwhelming experience was poor. From a renters perspective: - They (one guy in particular) shouted at me on the phone. - We were lied to, we were leaving a few weeks early and they said it would be on the market to try and get us some money back but used this time to paint and not advertise. - Winchester White weren't sure who was responsible for the flat themselves or the landlord and kept getting confused. - We were tricked into ending our contract early, for them to then tell us our full deposit wouldn't be returned. For landlords: - Their recommended maintenance people paint over mould, it's about speed rather than good quality work. - They got confused about who should communicate with us, themselves or the landlord. - They signed new tenants on to start at the flat not realising our tenancy hadn't ended, resulting in a stressful few calls back and forth.

Romana is great!

My fiancé and I were looking for our first flat together. We found that other estate agents told us they understood what we needed but weren't really listening. We found Winchester White online and within hours of putting in a viewing request Romana got in contact to introduce herself and arrange the viewing. My rating is based on the expertise and professionalism of a particular lettings negotiator. I felt Sarah at Winchester White, went above and beyond 99% of letting agents. Truly standing out from all the other estate agents (8) I had to engage with during my hunt for a new home.Unfortunately, on this occasion Winchester White did not have the right property results during my search window. Yet, I feel I must leave a positive review, as my experience with Sarah was outstanding. Although I found a property I love through another estate agents, I felt gulity it wasn't with Winchester White due to the fact Sarah really pushed the boat out to help me find the right property. Thank you Sarah, you truly are a star and I wish you all the best in your future within property.

The most reliable estate agents I experienced when looking to move back to London

I was really impressed with Sarah and other colleagues I talked to at Winchester White. They knew the properties I was interested in moving to and would inform me if any properties were about to hit the market and they were always available to answer my questions. I was nervous about handling estate agents but Sarah was very competent and organised and my aim was to rent a property with them if possible. Unfortunately I have rented another property not under Winchester White however I wouldn't hesitate to contact Sarah and her colleagues if the situation arose again as I have regarded them as very reliable and informative.

Good experience on rental with Winchester White

A really great rental team at Wilkinson White

Working with Wilkinson White with Harry Evans to let out our central London flat has been a great experience with a rapid and quality result. I found Harry and his team to be very proactive, moving rapidly to make things happen and able to give good advice, with great understanding about the market for professional renters. We were able to set a good price point and the team marketed it in targeted way and within days we had various good potential tenants, a higher rent bid and with Harry’s team’s recommendation great tenants accepted. We will definitely use Wilkinson White and Harry for another flat we have in London. The whole team was also exceptionally nice alongside their obvious professionalism.

This company keeps sending me junk mail. Where did they get my address from and why are they sending me letters without my consent? I’ve never used their services so they obviously bought my address off a list somewhere and are now abusing that privilege by sending me incessant ‘letters’. They’re also sneaky and make their junk look like private letters. Stop!
