Romana has been extremely helpful when I was trying to secure the flat. She has been easily contactable (even outside normal working hours) and was very accommodating in respect of my personal situation at the time and offered the option of the video viewing. The flat was temporarily taken off the market and Romana stayed in touch throughout. I was notified immediately as soon as the flat went back to market. Thank you Romana and Winchester White for helping me secure my current accommodation which i am very happy with.

the worst Agents ever Sarah and Jake they pushed to rent the house as we landlord brought four Ladies i guess without showing them the house once they moved in they start to asking for a lot of repair Job... which should be done before getting in.. we never rushed them to sign or move in. we had used there service since years but this would be the last time. Please be aware from them before signing any agreement as they get there money and they start to be rude...

Dear Ali, We’ve read through your review and understand you have been receiving multiple requests from your tenants in relation to resolving some maintenance issues at the property. We are sorry this is causing you stress, and additional expenses; however, the content of your review is not accurate. The tenants did not report any issues, requests or conditions when signing the offer form and then the Tenancy Agreement, and by doing that they confirmed they are happy with the condition of the property as it was. Any issues raised by the tenants have been discovered by them after they moved in and were not something that could have been noticed by Winchester White while conducting viewings, pre tenancy check or visual inspections. The property was overall in a good condition.You have also been advised by our Lettings Director Jake to leave a week in between the tenancies to investigate whether any works were needed. Lastly, the property is managed by yourself, not Winchester White, therefore we are not responsible for handling any maintenance issues or tenants’ requests that arise during the tenancy. Sarah and Jake acted in good faith and did their best to assist in finding you tenants and facilitating multiple visits at the property for them. We understand your frustration however, we are not responsible for the property maintenance nor had mislead the tenants. We are having Whinchester White for 4 years now and they always deliver as an agency to find tennants! We also started for 1 year using them as managing agents as well and honestly we have been positivey surprised! Responsive, they have good initiatives and always somehow find a way to please both the tennants and the landlord! Recently a boiler incident was dealt with superbly by one of Whinchester’s senior staff, namely Elliott Newman! He was able to follow up with HomeServe which is notoriously bad! Elliott was able to keep tenants and us as landlords in the loop, keep stress levels to the minimum and almost “baby sitting” HomeServe until the issue was resolved! He took initiative and pushed the relevant parties to repair the issue I would say very fast! It helps a great deal as a landlord to know and trust that you can rely on such an agent that is really doing the maximum to resolve an issue without stressing you or the tennants!
