I cant recommend winchester white enough. Right from day one Ines was truly amazing, she was so patient with us and no issue was too big. We had a few hiccups along the way meaning paperwork and moving dates had to be changed and Ines was so understanding and got it sorted within 15 minutes. The best estate agent we have ever dealt with and won't go anywhere else now.

In my experience, Winchester White, and especially Romana Moskurjakova, have worked very quick and professionally, even on weekends. She found out very quickly which kind of property we might appreciate and proposed it to us. After our decision to apply for the property, everything went quick and smooth, as well as her communication with the owner in order to clarify open questions. Winchester White is more than an agency. After we suffer 2 months with other agencies to find our new home we met with Winchester white. Their reponse time and solution focused approach was pricesless. They are not only a agency they are a full guide who the people very new to this country. THE WORST experience ever! Where do I start.. It's full of commission chaser agents who don't care about the tenants.. They are just trying to make the most money (hence the commission) for the landlords.Beware, at the end of the tenancy term they don't do monthly rolling and they wanted us to sign a year contract or leave..then before us even giving notice to leave they forced us to start the viewings..they broke into our apartment while we were on holidays to do heavy construction work for the next tenants, my babies' room was full of dust and the place wasn't liveable after.. we didn’t even get a response to our email and we had to clean after them..on top of everything, after looking after the place like our own - we didn't get our full deposit back and got charged for an additional cleaning due to the first one being not professional enough!!They tried to charge us for the broken things the landlord left behind and also they were 20 days late to pay the leftover from our deposit!!AVOID AVOID AVOID..
