Winchester White, Garrett Lane

As a long term tenant who has been through MANY estate agents. I can highly Winchester White. I deal with James Thompson on a regular basis and he has been very patient with my queries and always has dealt with them as quickly as he is able. Our landlord is overseas and in a completely different time zone. James has always made sure he has liaised with the landlord as quickly as possible. If you a tenant looking for an estate agent or a landlord looking for an estate agent to manage your property, Winchester White is the way to go.

Great communication and quick response

Great communication and quick response to queries and questions. My agent, Edward, was very relatable and happy to handle my questions and concerns, which really reassured me as a student trying to find a flat to rent for the first time.

Compliment to Romana from Wimbledon branch

I came to the UK recently and need to search for accommodation here. Miss Romana from the Wimbledon branch had arranged a viewing for me at Abbott Avenue but the existing tenant in the property was waiting for the COVID-19 test results therefore I didn't view this property eventually. Alternatively, She found another one in the vicinity which in line with my requirements to have a look. Nevertheless, the deal didn't go through even I like the property very much since my company already agreed to provide accommodation to me. I appreciate for what Romana did for me. She is friendly, kindness and professional. Glad to know her and I wish her all the best in the future. Thanks so much! Brian Tsang

Thank you Ellivia!

Ellivia Kennedy is a true professional and a genuinely nice person. In short, she was on our side working to ensure all our questions are answered and concerns taken into consideration when searching the most suitable property. The best part about working with Ellivia was that she was giving us good advice, plenty time when viewing properties that meet our needs than she was on closing a deal. We would recommend her to anyone!

We can honestly say that when we have …

We can honestly say that when we have dealings with Elliott Newman at Winchester White it is always very professional and easy. He will always send over all the information required for us to send our engineers to a repair or delivery and its not often but of course when issues arise Elliott is always very understanding and helpful in getting this issue resolved with us. Its honestly a pleasure to work with Elliott.

Highly Recommend!

We’ve worked with Winchester White on two occasions and have been so impressed by their professionalism and dedication. We have been through the mill with a few of the usual estate agents and was pleasantly surprised how proactive Inez and Elizabeth were. They found lovely tenants on both occasions and made the whole process run very smoothly and stress free.

Romana and Helaina are superb. We have had a few bad experiences and luckily we tried WW and found Romana who not only delivered wonderful clients, held our hand, happy to explain all the small details. Helaina really listened to all our requirements including the contract terms and promptly delivered. These ladies know their jobs inside out, without smoke and mirrors, without pretence. We 100% would recommend this company to anyone. Boutique, no question too big or small. Thank you so much for making this pain free for us. We look forward to a long and happy working relationship
