Romana Moskurjakova's remit was to find me a well located, family home with a ground floor entrance. timelines were incredibly tight which naturally gave more intensity to negotiations. Have not moved into the property yet but very happy so far with the result. Romana was instrumental in getting everyone over the line in a charming manner.

TrustpilotSCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!
SCAM ARTISTS! I decided to give Winchester White a go in renting out my property. Worst decision I’ve made in a long time! The property was marketed and they told me they found a tenant. I was not comfortable with the offer they sent me as I needed to see more checks on the tenants which they we’re legally unable to provide, fine. Now they’re are trying to charge me for a ‘compliance fee’ for not accepting the offer which was always subject to me being comfortable with the tenants who will be living in my property. Complete scam artists. Anyone considering them whether renting out to tenants or renting through them avoid! Much better options out there.
Thank you for your comments Luke, your feedback is important. Winchester White facilitated the marketing of your property following your signing of our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, you have decided to withdraw from the rental due to Winchester White failing to provide you documentation which not only breached GDPR regulations but also private and confidential tenant information which Winchester White were not comfortable with providing or requesting. Of course this outcome is disappointing not only as the tenants have passed referencing successfully and also signed the tenancy agreement but also due to the hard work Winchester White have put in to finding you great tenants, which is why the abortive fee is applicable as per the terms and conditions signed by yourself.Should you wish to discuss further, we would be more than happy to do so.

TrustpilotVery happy with the professional service.
Have been using Winchester White for some years, both Jake and Romana initially, for short term lets. Very professional. Romana is handling now and is excellent. She has found three successive lets which have all been perfect and she has achieved excelllent rentals. Very happy and would recommend whether you are a landlord or a potential tenant.

TrustpilotMassive thank you to Alexa
Massive thank you to Alexa! I required tenancy paperwork changing over within a couple of days (record timing) and without Alexa's attentiveness, quick communication and hard work I could not have done this. I couldn't recommend Alexa enough, nothing was too much trouble to ask from her and she truly took the stress of moving away with her amazing support! Thank you!!

Able to successfully find a place before arriving in the UK depends on the assistance of the staff of the Winchester White, especially Jake Hirons-Palmer and Romana Moskurjakova, whose work efficiency and enthusiasm are still fresh in my memory. TrustpilotRent with Winchester White
We have just completed our Rental agreement with Winchester white and I can safely say they are one of the most professional estate agents within the London area. After weeks of looking for a rental property and dealing with other estate agents that a far from professional! It was refreshing to finally find a great property and a great team at Winchester white that helped us 100% through the process.Sarah and Jake who helped with negotiating and finalising the agreement with the landlord took on the responsibility and relived us of the stress that moving house brings with it. I would recommend anybody to buy or rent through Winchester white, especially if you’re a young couple. 5 stars from Josh & Francesca
