Winchester White has been amazing in dealing with our current flat move, we worked with Emily Harbisher, the senior lettings negotiator. She has been incredibly helpful, quick responses to questions and emails and understood our needs, making the stressful moving process especially before Christmas painless. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lettings agent in the Wimbledon area.

We've got a letting contract in place through WW for a total value over £40k and the agency hasn't managed to get us installed an additional lock (cost £100) or lights in the back garden when several burglary events happened in our road and someone broke into our property. After a month of emails going back and forward, we had to pay for the extra lock ourselves and the lights are not going to be installed.NOT happy at all with the service received, hence NOT recommended.

The landlord has confirmed and provided adequate security to the property and therefore whilst sympathetic to your requirements decided not to proceed at this time with your additional requests. Winchester White will always ensure our tenants are safe and are enjoying their property and that our communication and service is of the highest calibre, It is upsetting in this instance your review has been impacted by Winchester White following our clients instruction and not on our service and communication.
