You have proven to be the best agent in Wimbledon - AGAIN.I have worked with Winchester White as a landlord for my property for many years and they always come up with exactly the right tenants for me. This time I had the pleasure of working with them as a tenant. Words cannot express my gratitude to Romana and Jake for all the help they gave us. They were wonderful. Winchester White have been able to understand and accommodate our family’s unusual needs. They have gone way beyond all expectations to organize a complicated tenancy agreement that works for us and the landlord. I would give them a 10 star plus rating if I could. Their patient, people centered approach, and their ability to recognize our needs are definitely what made all the difference in us finding our perfect home. Winchester White have assisted me with the rental of my 1 bedroom flat in Raynes Park since 2010. From the outset they provided an excellent professional service with a pro-active approach. As a new landlord & still today they provide me with good advice as & when it's needed and they always place tenants that are 'right' for the property. Their communication is brilliant, their staff friendly, supportive & professional and I would not use any other letting agency. Winchester White come highly recommended.

Satisfied clientOverall the service has been consistently good and I have no major complaints.I understand the old saying time is money, but if I were to offer one suggestion when a new tenancy begins it is that there should be better communication between agent, landlord and tenant on the commencement date. We had a sign in visit from Condition of Property agents some time ago, when the property was not ready for viewing and it resulted in a diminished quality of report which in turn makes it difficult at the subsequent sign out stage to highlight issues that could result in a valid claim to withhold some of the deposit.
