GoogleJust the most awful experience. All their charm and promises proved absolutely fake. Told our tenant falsehoods to get him to sign. Took a 25% management fee and did absolutely no management of the let whatsoever. We had to intervene to resolve issues ourselves and were told by the tenant that he had been told that we were being uncooperative and causing the issue as problems went unresolved. We were astounded by the audacity given the premium rate we were paying for no service. I guess we should not have been surprised when we received marketing material during our contract period - as it was clear that they did not consider us clients! The kind of experience that means we will never use this name again.

GoogleI was very lucky to be in touch with Louis Berenger when I was searching for a flat in Battersea. A very positive and helpful person. He made everything look easier in a professional way. During the viewing, I was informed about every little detail regarding house. I would honestly recommend Winchester White if you are trying to find your best options in the areas they can assist! They will do their best to help you out in any situation.

Great service from Alexa. Unfortunately my last tenants were extremely difficult at the end of the tenancy and we ended up in a dispute about the deposit. Alexa was helpful and supportive throughout, and the matter was resolved with minimum angst. I highly recommend Winchester White for their professional and friendly approach.

We didn’t end up letting a home from Winchester white, having found a property elsewhere. That being said, the customer service and the attentiveness of the estate agent Sarah was amazing. She organised several property viewings for us and was very informative. I would definitely consider using their services again in the future.

Would definitely recommend Ines as an estate agent. She has helped us (four in total) massively over the course of our move and has given us daily updates on what the current situation is. She is very responsive (usually replies within 5 minutes, if not definitely within the hour) and is quick on chasing things up when needed.

He was dedicated to finding us the perfect home, was fun to talk to and get to know, cared about who we were as people rather than trying to get it over with, and was thoughtful.
