It’s more than just a job for this team..

I highly recommend Winchester WhiteI have had a great experience with the team at Winchester White, in particular Louis Berenger who was professional, knowledgable, friendly and always (over and above) available to answer any query from my first meeting to beyond the signing of the contract. Also worth mentioning the online process including verification and signing was convenient and straightforward. Thanks also to Harry who promised a great service and certainly delivered one! This team really care it’s more than just a job to them.

I used the W.W team for the first time in helping source a new home for my family and subsequently to rent our current property. Since I first started inquiring about the property I’m now in, Emily has been tremendously helpful with everything I asked. We had some issues with receiving the certificates but she went above and beyond to make sure I received them in time so I could have my first night at the flat. Even so she gave up her Saturday evening to make sure of this. I can’t remember the last time I received such amazing customer service due to her outstanding efforts and extremely good professionalism. Thank you Emily for doing such a great job!

Romana- Winchester White - brilliant service

Romana from Winchester White was incredibly helpful from the start. She was able to organise multiple viewings for one evening, which was very convenient given our working schedules. The properties we were shown were all lovely and suited our needs in terms of rooms, location and price- and she was very knowledgable about the local area and spec of each flat.We were very happy to find a lovely 2-bed in Wimbledon and very grateful that Romana facilitated a second visit to the property to allow us to look around again, take photos and measurements and liaise with the landlord about furniture etc. We would highly recommend Romana and Winchester White as we felt everything was handled in a timely and professional manner and we are very much looking forward to moving!

Louis is the sort of agent that you remember and go back to year on year! He was the perfect estate agent to work with. He listened to exactly what we wanted and he executed on it. Louis was absolutely amazing from start…

Louis was absolutely amazing from start to past the finish line, honestly. My entire family is in the process of moving from Colorado to London, during the heart of this pandemic. We managed to negotiate a lease, get the perfect apartment, and even order some furniture so that we can have basics set up when we arrive for quarantine. Louis has our best interest at heart and I trust him completely, without him, honestly, we would be lost.
