Team Elizabeth & Louie were true professionals who helped us to quickly rent out our flat that lies ‘between the commons’. Elizabeth actually met with us at our place on two separate occasions to answer all of our questions. With her help and recommended contacts, we fulfilled the requirements for safety inspections in a timely manner. Our future tenants have been approved, and we are ready to start this new adventure. With this positive experience, we hope to continue our business relationship with Elizabeth & Louie in the future.

Very grateful to Sarah in the Wimbledon Office

Having signed up with over 10 Wimbledon Agents in a hunt for a rental house - we kept missing out as demand clearly outstripped supply. I was literally on the point of despair when I happened to walk past the WW office.Sarah immediately understood the brief and called me the very next day with a potentially ideal match and subsequently ensured we were the first people to view it . She gave clear and useful advice as to what we would need to offer to secure the house and thankfully, she made sure we were at the front of the queue in this instance.Having never rented before- Sarah then oversaw all the paperwork and all went through swiftly without issue.Very much enjoying our house and pleased to have popped in to WW as a last resort when all the other Wimbledon Agents had struggled to nail a property for us.Sarah was open, honest, friendly and easy to deal with in all aspects of the process. Qualities we didn't always encounter in our dealings with other Agents.

Our experience working with Winchester White has been nothing but positive. Acting for us as landlords, they have been readily available to answer queries and have always helped to iron out any problems. They have worked to ensure that our property is let to responsible tennants. Amy has been very kind and efficient in organising the formalities of closing one tenancy and arranging for the arrival of the incoming tennants. Elizabeth Rybina has been quite exceptional in managing tricky financial negotiations with quiet dilligence and persistence, resulting in a very satisfactory conclusion. Their help and professionalism are to be recommended.

Stellar Service from Louis and Elizabeth!

We had a great experience finding a house to rent with Winchester White. Our agent Louis was persistent on calling me when an appropriate property came up and whenever I dropped in a viewing request. When we found the property we wanted, he was very helpful in helping us secure the property and was responding to our messages at all times of day and night. Elizabeth was also very efficiently, she called us first thing in the morning after we’d submitted our request the evening before and was able to get back to us by lunch time with the answer from the landlord. The process was very smooth and fast and within 48 hours, all of our paperwork and checks were through and we had secured our new home!

Winchester White have recently helped to rent our property in Chelsea, London. Harry Evans was enthusiastic, motivated and very organised. He’s excellent at his job and knows the market very well. When to take risks and when not to. Getting the property marketed and rented happened so smoothly and quickly for us - couldn’t fault them and their work ethic. Probably the best renting experience…

Probably the best renting experience I’ve had, hands down. Everything was seamless and the team made the offer, signing, and move in process very straightforward. Anytime my flatmate and I had questions someone was there to provide very timely answers. Louis and Harry were amazing with the process of securing the flat and Amy was so incredibly helpful when we were moving in and even getting us settled in the new flat. Everyone truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and things were in order; couldn’t have asked for more!!! Highly recommend :)

I never usually log on to leave a review but it is rare to get such genuine personable customer service that I really wanted to leave a review. My partner and I been searching for a rental property recently and it was a pleasure working with Winchester White during the search process.Sarah has been a fantastic help - always friendly, professional and efficient.Her communication has always been timely and appropriate and it isn’t an exaggeration to say it has been nice to receive emails and calls from an estate agent in this case! Although we have likely found a suitable property through another agent on this occasion we would happily use Winchester White again and in fact feel that the personalised service we received from them hasn’t been matched by any other of the many agents we have had contact with over our search! Would happily recommend to others.
