Emily Bradshaw has been absolutely brilliant, selling our commercial property during these difficult times.She took so much stress away from us as we knew that she was so competent. Friendly, knowledgeable with sensible advice and nothing was to much trouble. She liaised with lawyers, us and the buyer and got the sale through. We cannot praise her enough. Thank you Emily.

GoogleI have a few issues that I needed resolving at my address and I had a fine gentleman called Lee turn up. He was very courteous all through the visit and was very knowledgeable in his field and advised me on my damp, some minor cracks and on how to remedy it along with advising me on my extension that I want to do in the very near future. A great asset to the department and very thorough, would definitely use Willmotts again and recommend Willmotts to anyone. Great service from start to finish and thank you Lee for being a great help, it is very much appreciated.

YellSad Disappointment for Property Managers
Re Willmotts Property Management:In the years Willmotts has been working with our block, we have seen a rash of Property Managers in and out of the relationship, and in the past year, our RTM has worked really hard to step up our relationship with Willmotts.Sadly, the PMs are not responsive , the director or current PM is virtually impossible to speak with or schedule a time.Their IT systems and business process to manage and maintain our finances have been slow, inaccurate and often confusing - and outright frightening.Even their letters to Leaseholders are fraught with confusion and have caused problems in their accounting accuracies, but even their letters lack sympathy for their customers who rely on their advice and service.Whilst this is a complaint on Yell Review, we are STILL trying to work with them - especially such a storied company that has been around almost 100 years. It is a sorry disappointment to see such poor effort to retain the custom of our block.

YellBlock Management - Well done!
As a current leaseholder of a flat in Kensington. Willmotts manage the block of flats very well. Issues are generally fixed quickly after being reported. Big shout out to Tomas Farley our Property Manager.

GoogleWillmotts has been a truly great building manager as well as our realtor. We had constant communication and high touch assistance in guiding a sitting tenant out of our property whilst at the same time prepping and listing the apartment for sale. I highly recommend them and can’t thank them enough for their time and energy in a very tricky situation.

Back in October 2023 I left a review about the terrible service we received from Wilmotts. Someone from Wilmotts replied here that they'd be in touch to discuss. NO ONE has been in touch since, and our questions still remain unanswered. Incredible.

Dear MP, this seems to be reviewing same issue as above. Thank you for your comments. Please be advised that the delays are beyond Willmotts' control. The repairs have been impacted by complex logistical and legislative restrictions. As you may be aware, a Section 20 notice and a Section 20 dispensation have been served, and an insurance claim has been filed. The matter is also currently being handled by a loss adjuster on behalf of the buildings insurance. We understand and empathise with your concerns. An update on the works was provided to Leaseholders in December, and a further update will be issued shortly. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

GoogleWhenever we have called on Tee, which is usually not in the best of circumstances as you can imagine, she has listened, been supportive, understanding, professional, and committed to resolving whatever it is at issue. She stands out to us as being relatively unique in this respect. We have had experience of multiple management companies in various properties we have either resided in or owned, and Tee is by far the most supportive. She is a pleasure to work with and we look forward to a long and productive working relationship with her.

GoogleReally disappointed with my experience of Willmotts as our building management company. Given the extortionate service charges paid, I would hope for a relatively good service. Communication was probably the worst experience, with responses often only coming after they had been chased several times. It often felt like I was the building manager, investigating issues and reporting them myself, visiting new tenants/owners to explain how things work, and being first point of contact for tenants' issues.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleRequested a Homebuyers Report on a 1 bedroom flat. The price was fair, however I did not receive the report within the given time scales they indicated: I waited 14 days from the survey being done being told I should have it within 10 days. (N.B most places have a 48 hour turnaround from a survey taking place). Subsequently asked for a full refund which was provided. Cannot fault how willmotts communicated with me. Can't however say whether or not their surveying capabilities are any good hence 3*.

GoogleFor the last few years I have been relying on the professional advice from Simon Hanton and his colleagues to resolve management issues at a couple of investment properties owned by my parents. Willmotts have helped enormously in dealing with defaulting tenants and problem buildings and relieved us of the burden of these issues, I would not hesitate to recommend them. Franklin
