GoogleVery poor experience with Urbanbubble. Over a month after moving out, we are still chasing them for overpaid rent with little to no response. On top of that, we have had to dispute an unreasonable cleaning deduction from our deposit, despite the flat being in a much worse condition when we moved in and having photo evidence. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Would not recommend!

GoogleThe agency is really good. The staff is always answering your question and getting back to you as soon as possible. They are pretty much always reachable via call, email or whatsapp. Especially Becci she was super nice with us and she did alot in her hand in order to guarantee us the apartment, very considerate. The most important thing is that even after we moved to the apartment we were able to contact her still about any question and she would get back to us as soon as possible. Great company π

GoogleI want to thank John, the building assistant at Radcliffe House managed by Urban bubble. You have been so great in ensuring a high standard of cleanliness inside and around the building. You made everyone feel at peace knowing that you are always available to sort issues and respond to queries partaining to the building. You have also gone above and beyond helping out those who need it. Everyone is impressed on how dedicated you are to your job. You have no idea how great a positive impression you have left with the tenants. Your passion to the job shines through and makes you an incredible person to deal with. GoogleMark, the Building Manager at Vantage Quay is incredible!! Really friendly and helpful and always quick to respond and resolve any issues!! We had a problem with our door we had been trying to fix (without much success) and within ten minutes of asking him if he knew anything about the mechanism, he had come up and fixed it!! Great member of the team and so glad we have him on site!!

GoogleMy experience with Urbanbubble has been nothing short of appalling. They have ignored my request for my landlordβs contact details, despite being legally required to provide this information within 21 days. This kind of blatant disregard for their legal obligations is unacceptable. On top of that, they cost me over Β£400 due to the lack of a washing machine, which was supposed to be included in the tenancy agreement. Instead of offering compensation or a reduced rent, theyβve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue or refund me for the costs I incurred. Their complaints process is a complete joke. Nobody takes complaints seriously, and any attempts to get answers are met with delays and dismissive responses. Itβs clear they have no respect for their tenants. If youβre considering renting through this agent, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and unwilling to take accountability for their mistakes. I wouldnβt recommend them to anyone.
