Even after 2 months leaving the property, Urbanbubble HAVE NOT paid my £1,200.00 deposit fee back. The inventory has already been checked and several emails have been sent. They simply ignore all of them and do not answer phone calls. Please give my money back as agreed in the tenancy contract.

Negligent and unresponsive about serious structural issues and water damage for over 12 months to the point of danger due to mould and loose ceiling pieces. Criminals, avoid them like the plague.

GoogleRecently moved into the Southside development and Urban Bubble have been great so far. Mark and Ste do a great job of cleaning the communal areas and the lobby always smells lovely. They're also very fast and responsive with meter readings, which are often a bugbear when living in flats.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI can't fault the service provided by the team. Since they took over our development 2 years ago the turnaround has been amazing. Faults get dealt with quickly and efficiently and they're always quick to respond. Their experience in dealing with builders and the NHBC has also been invaluable. For what's often unglamorous and thankless job, they're always glad to help. I can't recommend them enough.

I have emailed Urban Bubble 3 times since December 9th as they sent a legal letter threatening action for a small balance due on my leaseholder account. Despite having amended my Standing Order accordingly on November 29th, I have not received any response. Very poor communication.

Never reponds to clients. Never answers calls during office hours. Never updates landlords if rent is paid in case of arrears. I pay management fee every month for NOTHING! I would give ZERO star to this company if I could.
