Do not use this agency.12 month contract and still to date I have issues with the apartment, and complex.Please check planning permission and carpark access as this does not exist.Hot water tank leak still outstanding, and notified over 3-4wks back.The apartment above leaked through to my kitchen spot lights but advised this is not an urgent call out (water and electricity).Please get in touch if you would like my full experience of this shambles agency.

GoogleI have had a really bad experience with them, been living with a broken window for over one year now and they are not responsive even after following up with them countless times yet they keep charging me full rent and even added the rent prices

Google0 communication between staff. Emails are answered at least every 4/7 days. No urgency from anyone from the property management or Lettings team. A lot of corner cutting and compliance issues that need investigating. Deposits are never returned.One of the worst companies I’ve used.

Adeeb Ahmed have been a great help in assisting the Landlord to follow-up with the tenant for rent arrears. He understands the frustration that any Landlord have in such situations. Payment of rent timely and follow-ups with the tenants are the key responsibilities of any Property Manager. Urbanbubble can do better, going forward.

GoogleAlways come down in the morning to a freshly cleaned entrance by a super friendly Nick! He helps with the packages and rubbish whenever he sees me. Lovely guy and a super nice person to have around!!

GoogleI work at the Modelling Agency, and I can honestly say the cleaner Steve has such a lovely presence. He's friendly and happy to help out whenever he's asked. He has a service with a smile !!

GoogleRecently moved in to Freshfields and have found it easy to settle in. The caretaker, Mark, has been very helpful and is very friendly. They do a really good job of keeping the building neat and tidy.

GoogleI have a property at Freshfields and I've recently had a few issues with my tenant. The staff on site, Mark and Steve, have been fantastic in helping me resolve a number of issues. Really approachable, friendly and professional. Nothing was a bother. As I'm not often at the property its a comfort to know that Urban Bubble are providing such quality staff to look after the building.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Awful Moved out of an apartment they took over last month and the landlord told them to return our deposit in full. The deposit has never landed and they are ignoring us. Disgraceful letting agent -AVOID both tenants and landlords

These guys are a bunch of cowboys...landlords please avoid at all costs. My tenants just moved out, no checkout, keys lost, no rent for the final month. They will not reply to any of your calls or emails. Shame on SALBOY for recommending them, it is a massive black mark their own reputation.

GoogleAwful service! Worthy to offer an emergency number but when you need it, have to wait 40 minutes to get someone on the line and hear that it will take at least 3 hours to get someone to open the main gate. Why call it as emergency phone? It is happing the last two weeks, same problem. Should we park our cars outside to avoid it? For a company self called property management, surely that is not the right way to manage a building with more than 60 apartments.

Harassed my girlfriend for rent due when it was an error on a place she was livings at fault, a date error so tried to charge rent for period we were told was free… when challenged this urban bubble company never replied and no apology offered. Scumbags

Rumor has it that Legal and General are slowly ditching this business, building by building, and looking for a new operator. If you've had a bad experience with UB then feel happy because this could bankrupt them..

Awful company. The communication from them is consistently awful, emails are never responded to in a timely manner. They have been overcharging us for service charge which should have been refunded months ago. We are out of a lot of money and are struggling. They still haven’t sorted accounts from September 2020!! The online portal and documentation is also terrible and disorganised.

GoogleReally poor experience with them managing the building I live in. No hot water for over a week and this has happened multiple times this year with no explanation, no time frame of when this will get sorted and awful at giving regular updates.
