Sold false parking ticket to debt…

Sold false parking ticket to debt collectors.I was a renting an apartment that came with a private carparking spot that Urban Bubble managed. I apparently received multiple parking tickets while parked in my designated spot that I was not made aware of. As I was not made aware of the parking tickets, I could dispute the ticket which were then left unpaid. 2 years later and a new apartment, I received a letter from BW Legal demanding I owe them £700 - Urban Bubble had sold the fines to a scummy scam debt collecting company.As I had changed address, I did not receive any letters regarding this debt and found out by receiving a CCJ against my credit profile 4 YEARS LATER which I have had to pay to save my credit score.Urban Bubble are awfully managed and will try get money in anyway they can.If you're ever renting in Manchester that comes with a parking spot. Please ask who manages this, if it is Urban Bubble, protect yourself.

terrible block management services

Our experience with Urban Bubble has been highly disappointing. Their services are unprofessional, with frequent charges for overspends without providing any relevant proof. Each fiscal year is riddled with multiple accounting errors, and communication with them is next to impossible. We would not recommend their services to anyone seeking reliable and transparent property management.

By all means stay away

By all means do not rent with UrbanBubble.I moved in Sept 2021 after being asked at my viewing to leave a 5* google review which was already a red flag. I then moved into my apartment to find a snapped bed frame that took over 3 weeks to get replaced - during this period I had to first sleep in the living space area before the broken frame was removed, and then had to sleep on my bedroom floor afterwards. Fast forward to Jan 2022 until present (mid Feb 2022) residents in my building have had to deal with 9 (and counting) power/water outages, during which UrbanBubble has been useless at communicating and actioning any resolutions to issues. Please do not rent with them no matter how nice the flat may be.

Most of the last 2 days without power. Calling the “emergency contact number” you speak to a different person every time who not so helpfully “logs” your call and no one seems to know anything about what is happening. Tenants are basically ignored and the communication has been dire throughout. We were told multiple times that an electrician was on the way then a contact in the building got a message from the electrician at 2am (after power had been out for 18hours) saying it was the first they’d heard of it. The “permanent” fix lasted all of 3 hours following multiple power cuts. 2 days in we’ve now been told the part still can’t be sourced and can basically expect another power cut in the near future. First piece of honest communication in 48 hours and it was from a tenant talking to the electrician not from UrbanTrouble. They think we’re dumb.

This company is truly awful

This company is truly awful, never rent from them. They are horrible about communicating and do not maintain their buildings properly. I rent from them and there have been several power cuts in 1 month, and it is always impossible to get ahold of anyone to fix it.They are also a nightmare to get a hold of generally, for any issue it will take several calls and emails over the span of weeks to get it resolved.Seriously if you ever see their name in a building run in the opposite direction as fast as you can.

Wish I could give zero stars

Wish I could give zero stars. The whole of Nuovo building Ancoats has had x5 power cuts to the whole building in the last month. This last time we have had no power, hot water or heating for over 24 hours.Poor communication as to what is actually happening. Keep telling us everything is fine and fixed while we sit in the dark. Residents have had to cancel work if they work from home. Unable to shower or cook.Absolutely no idea what is going on and whether it continues. Had to keep battery packs charged just in case the power goes out again.Stay away. Shocking company.

Posted a review earlier but had to edit and reupload with evidence since the company decided not to take responsibility and try lie. Very unprofessional service, booked a viewing for 11 and they moved that to 1:30 last minute. at 1:20 they text me to cancel the booking even though i was pretty much outside the property. They then told me i could still view the property but left me outside the property for 40 mins and all calls to them were unanswered. Would 100% avoid, if arranging a simple property viewing is beyond them and they can’t seem to accept responsibility then there isn't much hope.

This company is beyond help. They have been chasing me for a made up balance for 3 years. I have sent them proof 8 times. They took me to court and their own solicitor said told Urban Bubble they are in the wrong and they are still chasing me. I wish i could give zero stars as they do not even deserve 1 star.

Absolutely awful. Trying to sell my home which is unfortunately managed by them. It’s taken weeks for me to get a response from them regarding a form they need to complete, no one answers the phone (I have called 32 times this morning), they are unhelpful and don’t answer questions. Someone actually told me she couldn’t answer my legal question because it wasn’t her department then went on to tell me she was the only one on the legal department She also told me I can do my own management pack, which I did, then told me she won’t fill in the LPE1 form without paying them £300 I honestly can’t believe how incredibly unhelpful urban bubble are and it goes without saying that I can’t WAIT to moveNegativeResponsiveness, Value

Excellent service and information received from Mark today. I have just moved into the building and spoke with Mark last week prior to moving in to arrange for access to certain site services on the day I was moving in. He was prompt at arranging this for me. Additionally I have now met Mark on site today and he couldn't have been more helpful. He advised me on all aspects of the building and emphasised that should I have any questions or queries moving forward then he is always here to help where he can. It has certainly made settling in much easier and given me the confidence that if anything should go wrong, then it wouldn't be long before any issue would be rectified. Really unhelpful. If you need anything fixing be prepared to wait months for a response. I had a tap leak for 3 months before they responded to the issue, even though I reported it many times. I’ve had other issues that I’ve reported multiple times, no comments back on the issue.

Urban Bubble are the worst company

Urban Bubble are the worst company I had had the displeasure of having to deal with. Never buy or rent if they are involved at all. We have owned a flat in a building owned and managed by them for 3 years. They take absolutely no care over the building what so ever and regularly fail to complete routine maintenance, while service charges increase. Their lack of maintenance led to a leak which destroyed our main bathroom, living room floors and caused thousands of pounds of damage. They refused to help cover this in anyway, even though it was proven to be entirely their fault. They are slow to respond and show absolutely no care to the people in their buildings in the slightest. I would rather the building were managed by Michael Scott, at least it would be funny then.
