This by far is the worst company to deal with any managing property issues .Same water leak since 2021 and they keep on sending contractors to repair. Someone is being scammed here. Especially the lease holders... The customer service is like a school playground, everyone running around each other and no one knows what to do !Amazes me , how they win such awards !!!

GoogleTerrible company, don't reply and don't pay back deposits. Would completely avoid if you can, it's not worth it.

GoogleSlow response to enquiries, our solicitors asked them to sign a form for us to complete buying our first home. The form has with them for more than 2 weeks now and if it is not signed in the next week (which I'm not holding my breath for) we will be homeless. Update: after 3 weeks the forms came back signed but in the wrong place. The incompetence of this company is beyond belief. I would avoid renting with them if it takes them this long to sign a single form.

Hi Sam. Thank you for leaving a review. I was concerned to read you experienced slow responses from the team. The form in question has to be signed by the Directors of the site (rather than urbanbubble directors). We struggled to reach one of the directors, despite several chasers. We took the form directory to the site in order to gain the signature required, although as you outlined, this was signed in the incorrect place, for which I can only apologise. I am aware our responses were lacking during this time, and we will use this as an opportunity to learn and improve our service. Thank you.

GoogleHaving been a leaseholder for 3 years with an apartment managed by urban bubble, I can safely say (as would all the other leaseholders in my 3 block apartment building), that clueless would be the word to describe this company. I genuinely cannot believe any 5 star/ positive reviews on here. Mismanagement from top to bottom including financial inaccuracies have meant that we have consistently be subject to improper payments leading numerous people to sell their apartments. There’s an entire list of problems I can go into, but there isn’t enough space on here. So pleased that we are soon to see the back of them. Word of warning from two very normal and professional people here, if you are about to move into a building managed by UB, you have no idea the trouble you are getting yourselves into. You’ve been warned.

Another disgruntled landlord! Do not use Urbanbubble to manage your property. I have learnt the lesson the hard way. I could literally right a book on how bad they are. Kate Campbell is apparently a manager and does not respond to any phone calls or any emails no matter how urgent.

TrustpilotDO NOT REFUND DEPOSIT
This company would not put your deposit into the tenancy protection scheme and would not return you the deposit after moving out. They charge whatever they want unreasonably without invoices and would not reply to emails demanding for deposit return. Please avoid this company at all costs and the agent Szandra is an absolute disgrace. Looking for lawyers to file a lawsuit against this garbage company.

GoogleOnly here to give 5* to the cleaner that we have recently Esmeralda. She did an amazing job with the building and put a lot of care into it. She goes to different floor and make sure everything looks great. An issue that we had before but not anymore since she came is she avoid peak hours so people go to work have both lifts work in the morning. Thank you.

GoogleKyia was super helpful in making sure everything was sorted ahead of moving in to my new apartment, and so kind that she even wished my Grandpa a happy 93rd birthday as we were finalising deposit payments while i was down south visiting him! It’s reassuring as a tenant to know there’s a friendly face should I need anything while living at their property - definitely an asset to the team! Thanks again!
