NEVER NEVER RENT WITH THEM.There have been several power outages during the last month affecting the whole building. It has been now 2 consecutive days without power causing severe disruptions and it is still not fixed. Electricity went off last evening for the second time and no one came up to ‘fix it’ until 9am in the morning. It is now 7pm and its off again. It is impossible to get in contact with Urban Bubble. Utterly useless.

GoogleVery poor property management. Issuing the digital agreement with multiple hidden traps. So, the average deposit return time is 4 months. As they need to return the deposit within 10 working days of agreeing the deductions, they will release the checkout report only after 3 months even if it is excellent and will respond to your emails once in 2 months. You could prefer this property if one month deposit is of no value to you.

Unfortunately, an agreement could not be reached between yourself and your landlord on deductions to your deposit. When this happens, it is up to the TDS to make a decision. Once this decision has been reached, you will receive an email from TDS directly. Apologies again that we were unable to help you on this matter.

I lived in one their site Burlington Square, the apartment was very nice and was very clean, reception was nice as wellMaintenance was very big issue, basically nothing get fixed, you have to wait for 2 months, maintenance guy was unable to fix basic issuesManager was not helpful at all, she was defensive and angry when you complained to her about maintenance issues, she think it's normal to wait 2 months for such washing machine to get fixed Residents were smoking weed, and cigarette which causing a difficulty in breathing Reception staff were very good, especially wahl the Egyptian guy very helpful. always smiling and say hello to everyone and he is very good security guyIf they fix maintenance issues, this place is good to live in, and in need of a different manager

GoogleThe front of house are excellent, I speak with Nicole who is always happy to help and always very professional. The accounts department is another matter. You can’t speak to them directly and are always dropping the ball with rent payments. If Urban Bubble want to keep or grow the business they will need to change their accounting division. I’m leaving 4 star, because of Nicole and the front office team, otherwise it would be a 1

This by far is the worst company to deal with any managing property issues .Same water leak since 2021 and they keep on sending contractors to repair. Someone is being scammed here. Especially the lease holders... The customer service is like a school playground, everyone running around each other and no one knows what to do !Amazes me , how they win such awards !!!
