GoogleAppalling service. Having notified them of a leak over a year ago, no-one bothered to acknowledge my query and get any assistance out to repair. Not only that, they do not seem to provide adequate maintenance of the property despite charging for service charges. I do not recommend them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Poor service, always trying to exploit fees at every juncture, AND have financial arrangements with building insurance brokers where the share commissions generated. Dreadful company, low integrity and a great example of how poor the industry is.

If you are looking for a Property Management company bypass these cowboys, they have no idea what they are doing and are only interested in awarding contracts to their affiliated companies at over inflated prices, all at the expense of leaseholders. The small team that I deal with at Westbury Residential Ltd who manage our apartment block is excellent. Easy to contact, they’re prompt to both reply and deal with any issues. Highly recommend.Special mention for Leigh Fox, Bernadette and Carolynn who have been very helpful.

GoogleCleaning of bin store not maintained. Contacted them via my housing association on multiple occasions. Only took notice when I asked about complaint procedures. Clean the area well but will this is maintained? It wasn't on past occasions.

GoogleI contacted Urang emergency contact number during the weekend due to water leakage coming through my ceiling.. They responded immediately. I was very impressed by how they dealt with the problem and also by their follow up. Very happy with their service.

The team had a great presentation when we first took on their services, however a lot was not delivered or followed up on. Our volunteer directors have had to walk them through the basics of transparency and accountability. We hope that the service will improve.

I have never worked with a company that is so useless. They claim to be a really good property management company, but they are a bunch of cowboys.They messed up our finances, let the blocks fall into a bad state, and have zero management skills.
