TrustpilotTerrible Agency
I had an appalling experience with Truepenny’s Property Consultants. Their severe mismanagement has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.

TrustpilotKyley knows the area!!
Kyley showed us around East Dulwich looking at houses for sale and was super professional and reasonable. She listened to our feedback and only showed us houses she knew we would like. Go check her out. She will find you some good houses if your looking to buy in East Dulwich area!!

GoogleWe recently sold our home with Truepennys and Connor Brewer was the selling agent. He got us lots of viewings and the price we wanted and was very friendly. We would highly recommend him and the company.

GoogleRecently sold our home in East Dulwich through Truepenny's. They were professional throughout, got us the asking price and handled the sales process very well. We would definitely use them again and Connor was excellent throughout.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with Truepenny's and Kyley in particular. Throughout the whole process, we really appreciated her candour and care and in particular, are really appreciative that she gave us advice which put our interests above her own. Truepenny's agency are a place of integrity and for that, makes them a rare find. Would happily recommend them to all!

GoogleReally good support for buyers - Wallace is an absolute superstar, happy to answer questions and to help smooth the process, acting as a great (and very busy) connection between vendor and buyer.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with this agency. They encouraged the landlord to increase the rent by £200, just a year after a previous £100 hike. Absolutely disgraceful and greedy

GoogleAlways received exceptional service from this excellent agency. We have been using Truepennys since 2009!!! I can honestly say that prior to that we had tried all other agents in East Dulwich and the service from the other agents was always poor. Truepennys are very family like agents and you can speak to your personal agent so you do not have to deal with several different people. Also very efficient getting properties let with reliable tenants and also found them good when selling. Always pleasure dealing with Albert and Lina.PositiveQuality

GoogleI was very happy with the customer service provided by Truepenny's. An agent took me in to view the property on the spot as the other agency did a no show. I asked and the agent who was already there was more than willing to show me the property and we took it from there to now having moved in. Truepenny's did everything they could to speed up the process to get me moving into the property swiftly which was essential for my situation. I came to collect the keys finally and was met by a group of incredibly friendly and service oriented team. I would therefore highly recommend them :-)

GoogleI have used Truepenny’s for both letting and more recently the sale of a property. They have always been excellent, moving quickly to find tenants and a buyer, keeping me up to date on issues and conducting regular checks.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
