Everyone else I’ve dealt with at Truepenny’s has been lovely too. And their process for getting snags sorted is quick and robust.

GoogleVery helpful and expert staff here. They helped me sell my property during the most challenging market turmoil since the 80s. And at the lowest fee out of 5 agents I spoke to originally. I didn't choose Truepennys on the low fee alone, but more on their enthusiasm and trustworthiness. I'm satisfied I made the right choice. Marketing commenced in the last week of June 22 and the sale completed 21 Oct 22.

From all the agencies I have rented flats, this is the worst without a doubt. From hiding the landlord important things that he should’ve know, to treating the tenants really poorly, to not helping us and wanting to keep all the deposit (we claimed and after someone from outside the agency checked it we won the case) Biggest scam in a while

I can only compliment Ryan the owner, and the agents, for their professionalism and promptitude in dealing with my questions and enquiries and in a sense, explaining things to me that I had no idea of or, didn’t know how to go about. I’ve come across a variety of individuals working and representing Truepenny’s who have always made me feel at ease and offered a seamless experience. It has been a great experience throughout and overall even when my own expectations may have been slightly above standard and rather demanding. Sad to say goodbye to all at TruePenny’s and wishing you all, all the best.

GoogleWe used Trupennys for sale of our flat and although the sale has subsequently fallen through (through no fault of agent) we have found Trupennys to be a very good agent. They are very responsive, transparent, good value, fair and reasonable in their contract and pricing, they understand local market, their photos and adverts were of a high quality, they pitched the pricing well (we had two offers in quick succession through them). Their post sale team were very knowledgeable and worked hard in timely manner to queries raised.

Truepenny's literally saved me! Olivia, my agent was a dream to deal with, very professional and understanding, also so quick to jump in and help, which I appreciated so much!! She secured me a beautiful home within 2 days, quite literally made my day. I was elated to have had my offer accepted and cannot wait to move in. The entire team (Connor, Alex, Olivia, Wallace and Jamie) were all fantastic to work with - there was great communication during all stages of the sale process, they took the time to learn about my property and had it sold within a few days of being on the market. Having previously listed with another agency who treated my property as just another listing and got barely any viewings over 3 months it was wonderful to find an agency that still has customer service at the core of their business. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell in the East Dulwich area. Thank you to the entire team for all your hard work!
