Our property manager Gina has been really helpful! We unfortunately had a leak in our flat from upstairs, and she (plus others from stonehouse) helped in getting this sorted. Gina has also arranged for our fridge to be replaced which happened quickly following our request - communication is always great, with email responses being received within 24 hours at the most. Thanks so much!

Stonehouse agents are very helpful and understanding group of people. everyone i dealt with was courteous and responded to any issues right away. they care about the property, the landlord and the tenants all equally and you feel secure and protected with the service they offer. look forward to using them again in my flat search. Asim really made the effort to keep us in the loop during negotiations and was patient through our decision making. He also dropped everything to rush out to give us a second viewing when we were in the area. All the staff at Stonehouse were friendly and helpful which was great as flat-hunting is so stressful and exhausting as it is!

I wanted a bigger flat and because of their excellent and professional service I wanted to rent again from the same agency.
