I signed a lease with Kurt,my first in the UK 6 months ago! He was friendly, thorough and approachable throughout the process. More recently I've had to pay him an unexpected visit at the office, he went out of his way to accommodate me and went over and above dealing with my problem! No hesitation recommending him to friends or family!

I have rented with a number of agencies since I moved to London in 2009, but Stone house by far has been the best one! Always very kind and prompt service, any issues we had (of which there have not been many), were resolved very quickly. Nothing but positive interaction with the staff, thank you! Would highly recommend :)

She was very patient considering our english was not good and as overseas students, we had lots of questions that she answer and explain. We recently found and rented a flat through Stonehouse Estates, our agent was Despina. She was very helpful and professional, signing the tenancy agreement and dealing with documents etc. was all made very easy. They also arranged for all utilities to be transferred to our names which was really helpful.
