Really upset. We were asked to delay our move in by a week for professional cleaning and contractors to make sure the property is in top condition. Arrived today to a dirty uncleaned property, mould, horrible downstairs smell and broken fixtures and fittings. Townends said they would call back in 20 minutes and never heard back. They will take your 'checkin fee' and run - avoid!
