GoogleDidn't end up going with a rental through Stirling Ackroyd but it wasn't because lack of effort of support by letting Agent William Gunn. Great service, great follow up and great recommendations. Couldn't recommend highly enough :)

GoogleThe worst estate agent I have come a cross. I rented a flat from them on natherwood Rd 2 bedroom which was in a bad condtion i was desperate as i just sold my flat. The lights didnt work proprly the doors didnt eather. When i moved out asked for my deposit, the landlord of the proprity didnot want give it back on false claims. which would have being esly proven was not the cause if we could provide the sing copy of the report which had hand wrighting of all that was folty but this estat agent wouldent provid and the landlord want to keep a money did not blong to her. I use to be very tursting person but no after this. There a lots good estat agents around shepherd bush but this one are not.

GoogleOne of the worst agency in London. Their employees are totally unqualified and unable to manage properties and offer a serious customer relationship. In our experience they left us without a working fridge in the premises for over a month ignoring completely our claims. They do not answer at the phone, extremely slow answering mail and completely disorganised between their offices. Be aware of renting an house with them, because their poor management skills and their way of making business will drag you into a nightmare. Stay away for your renting experience in london!!

GoogleWorst experience to date I've had with an agent I'm very glad to say it's now over. The whole process of signing documents was extremely tedious with multiple errors along the way, this meant our move was delayed. The lack in communication between the agent and company who managed the house was also shocking... we had to request for numerous amendments to the contract. All in all stay clear.
