GoogleMy partner and I were looking for house and we sent an enquiry in regard a property in a different area. We had quiet fast response from Suella who was very kind and caring. But what has made 5 * service was Maryam. She contacted us without have placed an enquiry. She found us on Stirling Ackroyd Estate database and matched our enquiry to another property on their letting list. She was able to book for us a view timelly. We came across this property online, but for whatever reason we decided to do not send an enquiry. This property is the best match for us. The process of secuting it was very easy. Maryam (and Ali) guided us through the process, dimostrating high professionality and attention to details. .aryam also was happy to book for us a second view to unable my partner and I to get some mesures of the property to smooth a bit our intake of the new property. We are very thankful to have found Maryam as our letting agent. If anyone is looking for the best property to rent, contact this agency. Highly recommended 👌

GoogleWe worked with Austin mostly (and sometimes Jordan) but had the best from both! Austin really helped us get the flat we wanted at our preferred price and was available as and when we needed to check in on things. He’s been so great to work with.

GoogleSo impressed by the Stirling Ackroyd team! William Gunn in particular was a huge help in my search for a flat. I'd corresponded with a lot of agencies in my search before chatting with Stirling Ackroyd (and being an international applicant, I needed some guidance!) and William was the first agent who really answered all of my questions fully and efficiently. I could tell they really care about the humans looking for a home on the other end of their work. Responses were prompt, kind, and full of useful information that helped me set my search up for success. Thanks again!

GoogleAmazing experience! I got contact through zoopla and got replied efficiently. William called me and asked about my preference. Viewing was arranged on time and the communication went smoothly and comfortable. I have dealt with other agencies and there are some of them try to take advantage of clients in the busy September market but this one is definitely doing business with honesty and integrity. GoogleBethany Mullins helped us find our new place and couldn’t have been more helpful. From helping us move a mattress into another room to figure out the space better to helping us get a great, but fair deal with the landlord - we really couldn’t have asked for a better service. She gave us space to think but was responsive and detailed with any questions we had. We dealt with a lot of estate agents in our search and she was by far the best. GoogleI have to say Karim at the Brook Green branch was absolutely brilliant. From the day we met him at the property we have since taken he was upbeat, bubbly and enthusiastic. Although the process was very long due to the referencing company prolonging procedures and needing additional information, often taking days to check over documents, Karim was on it. Contacting every day to speed up the process, making regular contact with us and our guarantor. He answers the phone in a positive good mood every time which is unlike other letting agencies I have dealt with in the past, his willingness to succeed and go above and beyond to help was outstanding. How he stayed positive through the long process of set backs is beyond me, he gave us faith that it would all work out ok which it did and another special thank you to his manager James for his assistance too. Great letting agents, and thank you again so much to Karim. It was a pleasure, and we are so happy in our new place now.
