GoogleThe so called manager Ashley has tried selling my mothers home, she has been nothing but rude, confrontational and extremely dishonest. Her team lack the ability to pass on simple message and reply without being rude and outright lazy, my family will never use this agency again. how she even has a job is beyond me, stay CLEAR of these liars.

GoogleI bought my flat from Townends 14 years ago and I had no hesitation in choosing them to sell it. Ashley and Alfa did a fantastic job. They kept me updated at every stage, answered all my (many) questions, and were always on hand when we needed them. I can't recommend them highly enough. A huge thank you to them both.

GoogleThe girls at south Norwood is very good . They helped me find a house in 4 days with no issues, I would recommend to all my family and friends. Denisha was so patient and kind even though at times challenges came, she was so composed and helpful.

GoogleIt was my first time being a landlord and I decided to use Townends which was the worst decision as they never called me to update me on the viewings etc and it took them over 4 weeks to find me a tenant who was not the working professional they claim to find. Awful service. Would not recommend.

We recently bought a house through them and they turned what could easily have been a very stressful time, into a seamlessly pleasant experience. Communication via phone and email was always prompt and they made us feel like valued customers even though they deal with many people every day. Ashley Francis in particular was extremely informative, patient and friendly. We really can't thank you all enough for your expertise
