Alpha is hands down the best estate agent I've met in my life. Never come across someone who is so straight forward and honest. He showed me around two houses that met my spec spot on and I never felt pushed or upsold on anything. Now I'm three weeks out from completion and I couldn't be happier. As a first-time buyer, Aron Decombre was incredibly dependable and made the entire process feel much more manageable. Aron took the time to demystify each step, which was so helpful, especially since buying a home can feel overwhelming at times. It was a relief to have him as a dedicated contact throughout the (long!) process, right from the first viewing of the house to receiving the keys, and knowing I could always count on him to answer a call or provide guidance was truly reassuring. A few months ago, I started my search for a property, and in the process, I met with other agents who have no passion for their job, poor time management, and don’t even care whether I understand the process of letting a property. I was so stressed and depressed then luckily I signed up with Sterling Acroyd then I met DIANDRE MARTIN who is God sent he has so much passion for his job, he manages his time well communicates better and lets me understand every step of the letting process. I have so many positive things to say about this young man however in a nutshell to the management of Sterling Ackroyd I want you to please give him a more senior roles I promise you that your agency will be the best.

Jad was really helpful, kept me updated as offten as he could. I would recommend. Only negative is my checkin was for 1345. I was only informed about when i could get the keys the day before, so could not book mover accuratley. To top it off the inventory lady was late by an hour (train delay), the agency could have had me come to get the keys so i would not spend more on the movers that charge £65 an hour. I would recommend beacuse they are very helpful when you call

From the minute I stepped into the SA office in S.Norwood, I was met with a warm smile and a professional manner. I would like to say that in Particular, Omar and DiAndre were amazing! Both very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My property went live on the Monday and by the Friday, suitable tenants were found and vetted and met the requirements to be tenants. I have nothing but praise for their efficiency. I without question would strongly recommend SA as your No1 choice!

This was a poor experience for us. The young man, Diandre, at first couldn't have been nicer and he really didn't do anything wrong but the overall handling of our viewing experiences was just unnecessary and a waste of our time, and theirs in the end. Lettings Agents like these only want young full time workers to deal with. People who have a job to lose, are somehow are a safer bet than an older stable couple with checkable histories. Suffice to say they did enough to ensure we didn't call it outright discrimination but the end answer was "no" even if we could easily have afforded the two properties we were interested in. And we showed several times that we could. Be warned, if you have ANY type of benefit within your income (including salaryand atate pension, these people will not treat you fairly and you will not even be allowed to progress to referencing, their answer to you will always be "no". They'd rather lose tens of thousands of pounds per tenant than rent to older, sensible people who.can clearly afford the rent. It is truly shocking how we have been treated. Do not rent with them, if you value transparency, stability and respect you will be disappointed and they will waste your time and tell you "No. Just no", was the last word. Not that we had failed any checks or had bad refs. So disappointing for us and our children. They feel like we have done something wrong.

With my previous experiences with letting agency companies, Stirling Ackroyd is the best. The services is excellent, from arranging the viewing of the property, and through the referencing process.
