GoogleThe sterling Arckroyd Estate agents is the best among the best, their staffs manner of approach both physical and on phones is superb, the schedule of viewing is always on point, never waste of time or delay. The property display on their site is exactly the same with what we see. The period of confirming the references is accurate. Till the schedule time of collecting the key. They are honest and transparent, no hidden charges

GoogleThe customer service at Townsend (specifically Alpha Gayle) was exceptional from start to finish. As a very particular customer with a lot of demands, he was very accommodating when I was searching for the perfect property. During the process of buying my first property and having to deal with difficulties and a busy work schedule, Alpha assisted in chasing up queries on my behalf and updating me as soon as possible. I would thoroughly recommend Townends Estate Agent to everyone and a bonus, retrospectively, I would use their recommended solicitor after I faced a lot of issues with the one I had selected.

GoogleI would like to say that the customer service I received from Miss Francis was outstanding. Most agents rush you and after a long drawn out they take you to properties that don’t even match your speck as if they believe that they can magically change your requirements by showing you something you haven’t asked for... any way I digress, Miss Francis demonstrated she was interested in what I was looking for and more importantly interested in knowing me the customer. Her smile was cooling on this hot day and her attitude was just real and natural. Thank you Miss Francis keep representing your branch the way you do madam your a leader !

As a first time buyer I didn’t know what to expect dealing with estate agents but he was very patient with me, listened to my needs and done some late viewings which I really appreciated! The manager Ashley-Jane communicated very well with me and I was very happy with the service! I will definitely use them again !

GoogleGave this review when the business was called Townsend in 2018. Gave me incorrect information regarding a parking spot supposedly attached to a property I rented which caused me to incur three parking fines. They accepted liability for the charges and then refused to pay. The landlord they set me up with was also very unprofessional and abusive in his communication with me. Avoid.

GoogleMy partner and I were looking for a flat to rent as our first family home, when we contacted Townsend about a property they were very quick and efficient to get back to us. We then had a viewing booked very quickly, we loved it so we put in an offer and got the flat which we moved into today. With the help of Gavin and Gemma, we were about to move in stress free, we were always informed of what was going on and what was needed which made this experience lovely.
