GoogleAdam was very helpful in setting the right expenditure expectations and was always available for any questions. He was regularly in contact to provide the updates and was generally very helpful with advice.

GoogleLETTING AGENTS - THE PITS If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I would suggest landlords and tenants steer clear. "Managed" my property and did very little for their fee other than keep finding reasons to add additional fees for me and the tenants. Inspecting my property twice in 5 years and that was only on my insistence as apparently they don't do that, but what they do for the fee I could not tell you. Started to make decisions on my behalf that cost me money and without an authority to do so. Disorganised and appalling communication. Management keeps changing so no continuity, local branch refer you to head office rather than deal with you. Don't be seduced by the brand, we had a terrible experience with them, and despite ending our relationship with them, are continuing to do so due to some of their actions. Take heed, avoid at all cost.

GoogleI would like to commend Gavin, Adam, Kea and Paul for their professionalism and excellent customer focus. The branch secured prospective professional tenants for my property a day after my previous tenants moved out, and less then a month the new tenants moved in. They all demonstrated enthusiasm in their roles and always went the extra mile to go way and beyond their duty. You will not be disappointed in using the service of this branch, end to end my customer experience was completely satisfied with their service.
