GoogleWe were really grateful when our 12 week contract finally finished and we could instruct other agents.
12 weeks is a long time when things aren't getting done and experience teaches you not to trust a person.
Our new agents are great, a real breath of fresh air and have achieved more in the first 6 hours than Townends did in the first 48. Our instincts told us to get out before the 2 week cooling off period, if we had gone with that we would have saved ourselves 10 weeks. We are older and wiser.

GoogleWe bought through Townends, who kept us informed throughout the various stages of the process and were easy to get hold of when needed. We hit a couple of unexpected snags (mostly from higher up in the chain) which they were eager to resolve for us as quickly as possible to keep our (climbing!) stress levels as low as possible.
Special mention to our sales agent Kevin, who was by far the most motivated and enthusiastic agent out of everyone we viewed with - we started viewing with him 10 months before finally completing and he maintained a positive energy throughout. Thanks again! :)
