GoogleTerrible, Terrible , absolutely terrible company They are so cruel and evil they don’t care at all. Amicus horizon was a lot more better. These people are devils. The worst housing company ever !

GoogleWithout electricity all night which was no emergency for them to come even though I said I have child with special needs I had to call at 9 morning so again they have no available agent. Shame and useless service

GoogleAtrocious company. Check your service charges as they add things on that don't exist. Any repairs takes months to get fixed (if they get fixed at all), all members of staff tell you something different. One star is generous. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GoogleHad a viewing booked in for 11am on Saturday 6th November at Waterways in Wandsworth but no one showed up, waited an hour and no one available to speak to. Also left voicemails on contacts but no one bothered to return the call. Really poor operational setup.

GoogleRepairs never get done properly or promptly. 6 years of misery then nothing back. They do not care about vulnerable tenants or tenants in general. Quite happy to hound you over £30 but can't fulfil their end. Avoid them at all costs. Worse then the council.

GoogleI've noted poor-fair because there's nothing lower. I have now been without hot water for nealry 3 months becuase of their dire service and that of their heating contractors, Robert Heath Heating. Neither could organise the proverbial "p*ss up in a brewery". Ohhh.... AND I'M STILL WITHOUT HOT WATER AND HOW HEATING!
