What a great service!! With Scraye we have found the perfect property for our criteria in few days!! The rental process has been smooth and super efficient which is very important for us. Their platform is amazing because it’s user friendly and clear. The agent Corentin was extremely helpful and he has followed us with professionalism and curtesy in each step of the deal. He knew exactly which property to show us and understood perfectly our needs. We highly recommend them and we will surely use again their services in the future!!

Booked a viewing in one of the properties, got a confirmation, but because I live in the other side of the city, I wanted to view few other properties in the area ro don't travel just for one viewing. When requested second viewing I received this message on my whatsapp from them:'We will let the viewing agent know to show you flats at New Horizons Court and Riverbank Way. No need to request for multiple flats :)'So I thought ok, this is pretty cool. The agent arrived with somebody else, no problem with that, another person was doing a viewing at the same time, that's fine.He then knocked the doors to the flat and the lady inside said she never agreed for any viewing at this time as she is about to go out in 15 mins (?!). Flat offers £75 charge for a parking space underground, but overground there is plenty of free parking spaces free of charge (?!). Asked the agent about the other flat and he had no clue about any other flat for us. When contacted them, they replied we can't see the flat (?!)... lack of communicasion and professionalism and not a fault of an agent as he had no clue and idea of it, he just came in to show us what he has been told to. Poor service from this colpany and very strange way of dealing with potential tenants...

Tried to book an appointment to view a large house which is bigger than I need but I can afford.When they asked how many people would be living in it they claimed that the house is only for a family! Do landlords really make stipulations like that. Anyway there was no negotiation as they used Whats app to communicate and soon stopped replying when I asked them what a family consists of. I won't be looking at any properties advertised again by this rude company

However, kindly note that the landlord has requested for families to live at the property instead of sharers due to licensing restrictions (some properties require a particular license called an HMO license in order for it to be rentable to sharers). We were looking for the right property for a while and had some unpleasant experiences along the way. However, Yorick in Scraye’s professional integrity was a breath of fresh air. The 360 viewing technology gave us a totally different sense of a property we had previously discounted. We saw it, loved it and made an offer. Yorick helped us negotiate the price with the landlord so we both felt we got a fair deal. It was win-win. Yorick was candid, ethical, supportive, kind and trustworthy in all dealings with us. He consistently replied within minutes including during a bank holiday weekend and made himself available for a next day viewing that suited our schedule. Yorick was interested in attending to our needs in finding the right home while also genuinely passionate about doing a great property justice. We even got our deposit back instantly when we couldn’t go ahead with one property. Scraye were just a complete pleasure to deal with and feel like they are doing business differently. Cannot recommend them more

Initially had a viewing for next week (Wednesday) but the employees me called me today (saturday) asking if I can have a viewing today. I agreed and showed up to the viewing at the decided time. However, I waited for one hour while constantly trying to reach somebody from the company. I had no viewing at all and nobody contacted me thereafter. Also to mention the woman talked about how it was okay if I was a little late, I guess I should’ve picked up from there. Extremely unprofessional. Please don’t be wasting peoples time, money and mostly importantly efforts. Why can’t I find -5
