The staff was super friendly. The viewing was booked smoothly, all easily done online from the comfort of our home. At the viewing, we had the pleasure of meeting Luis. Luis was amazing. His attitude is unique. He made us feel welcomed even before entering the flat. He made the viewing an outstanding experience, showing us the place, answering our questions, and highlighting all the benefits of the flat in such a smooth way that makes it an unforgettable property. We usually do not rate things, let alone a letting agent after property viewing, but for this occasion we had to leave a review as remarkable as our experience with Luis. He earned the company a vrey positive review, and has our highest nomination for any form of recognition that is available. Well done for having him on your team guys!

It is currently the second day of our tenancy and we have been unable to move in because Scraye have been so difficult to contact and work with. In the weeks leading up to the move in date we had a number of issues with the contracts (they sent each contract multiple times to multiple people) and they were immensely difficult to contact for support. They waited until the move-in day to do final checks and a "professional clean" of the property, delaying us without compensation. The flat is filthy and damaged, and a number of things that were supposed to be included have not been included in the flat. Multiple fixtures have damage or flat out dont work, and it is clear that there has been no serious effort to clean the flat or make it liveable. For example, yhe bathtub is stained brown and multiple fridge shelves are so damaged as to be unusable. As far as I can tell there is only one employee at scraye, as we have only ever been able to be in contact with one person who has only been able to offer minimal assistance.

Thank you for your updated review. We wanted to clarify a couple of things:
The inventory was issued to your landlady on 24 August to be passed on to you. That didn't reach you, and while it wasn't held up on our side, we should have followed up to confirm you had it, a copy has now been sent to you directly.
On the condition of the flat and the outstanding items, our understanding from your landlady was that these had been resolved. Our call was to check what was still pending from your side and to make sure the position was accurately reflected, not to have your feedback withdrawn.
We do accept that a few of your messages went longer without a reply due to multiple members of staff being on annual leave and we're sorry for that. We've made changes to how these queries are routed as a result.

This company has been extremely inconsistent with its services, giving me a wrong address and passing me on to the WRONG AGENT to view a property in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT area of London with a completely different layout. I had to arrange two viewings in a row, which I missed because I WAS AT THE WRONG ADDRESS AS PER SCRAYE INSTRUCTIONS, and no agent met me there. My "agent" was with a different agency in a different part of town at a completely different address. They had marked the wrong address as Anson Road when the actual flat that was being advertised was in Willesden Green. Just awful. And to end it on a high note, after confirming my first viewing, I received an automated, AI message that my viewing had already taken place, and what did I think about organising other viewings for other flats?! I call Scraye, and the agent I talk to just says she has "no idea" what's happening, but I think I do. I think someone might be running a scam.

Shady and untrustworthy behaviourI was staying in a hotel and was in a hurry to find and move in a place.I scheduled a visit to Hill house ( High hill gate 17) in Archway , and met the agent there.I had alot of questions and he couldnt answer almost any of them , he said he was responsible just for the viewing and had a book agent answering the question on his celphone.The booking agent was rushing me into making the holding deposit without answering properly all my questions. If you ask questions by whats app or email they take ages to respond, and they dont have an office you can actually go there and speak to agents.After making the holding deposit things got worse, I sent a message I could even pay all upfront if it would make the referencing process faster.No reply. I then had the idea to contact the landlord directly from the property, and it turned out it is a company that owns all the flats at Hill House.Their own agent ( from the landlord ) stated clearly they only accepted 12 month lets. How did Scraye accept my 6 let month offer and now is holding my deposit of 540 pounds if the landlord only accpets 6 month?Also , the Scrayes site stated I would be able to move in 5th of July, and they remained silent without answering my previous statement that I Would pay all upfront if it would make a faster process. Only 6th of July they finally sent an email saying reference was approved and I was meant to deposit 9000 pounds for the deposit + few months upfront.That is without speaking or seeing a agent for more than 4 days...

Took 15 days for a referencing process, then sent a contract asking for the deposit and first rent to be sent to them while the contract said otherwise, gave wrong contact details for the landlord and landlord's agent. Never answered the phone, extremely slow on emails and when I managed to speak with them they were so rude. Terrible experience. Run away if you read their name.

Our standard procedure, clearly explained several times via phone calls and emails is to collect the initial rent and deposit, which are then transferred securely to the landlord. Nevertheless, we accommodated your request to pay the landlord directly, even though this is outside our usual process, however you still chose to withdraw.
We appreciate that moving can be stressful and that communication delays can be frustrating. However, our team worked to provide clear updates and act in line with the agreed terms throughout.
