TrustpilotWe were very happy with the service…
We were very happy with the service Sally/Sargeants provided. She was calm, diligent, and worked around our timings. Sadly, the previous agent Neil was very flustered when we worked with him and did not put us at ease at all. He seemed more panicked, but we have learnt he no longer works at the company. We would recommend Sargeants to others looking for a new home.

I would highly really recommend Sargeants, they want to help you sell your property for the right price. Honest feedback up front, No corporate sales approach No enticing you in and then recommending a price drop 2 weeks in. All the staff are interested and caring and they sold 2 flats for me that 2 other agents had failed to sell. Thank you to all at Sargeants.

Big thanks to Georgina, she kept me update with all the steps and everything was done online via the phone and e-mail in very short time. Also they have a big portfolio and very affordable prices. TrustpilotLong but worth it!
Although the process has been longer than expected, the service Sargeants provides is very good. Good communication and good customer care make them outstanding. Personally I have dealt with Sally Sweeney who is always available and goes the extra mile to help you during the process which can be stressful and frustrating due to many factors. So thank you!!! Exchanged today!!!

We found our latest rental property through Sargeants and they are by far the best agency we have come across in our many years of renting. Everything was clear, organised and efficient. TrustpilotSargeants. Hard working and lovely people!
The team at Sargeants worked so hard to secure our sale for us! Especially Sally who was constantly on the case making sure the buyer's paperwork got through when they were away on buisness on the other side of the world. They helped us through every step of the process. I would thoroughly recommend selling with sargeants

TrustpilotSellers Review
Imogen has been extremely professional and helpful throughout the process - would give her 5 stars.A lot of confusion between the partners when phoning to relay offers received on the property and trying to advise us to accept offers without the knowledge that further viewings were booked in where subsequently a significantly higher offer was received.

TrustpilotProfessional service, receptive to customer feedback
Professional, friendly service from Patricia, Jack and Dean who all kept us informed with regular contact throughout the entire purchase/sales process.Very receptive to customer feedback and they took on the sale of our property when the sale with another Estate Agent fell through, to reduce the chance of our respective purchases collapsing. Happily we completed on the sale and both of our respective purchases with Sargeant's.
