TrustpilotReally excellent service from Dean at…
Really excellent service from Dean at Sargeants for our recent W5 house sale. Sargeants seem to have cornered the market not just in the St Mary's Road area of Ealing, but even down to our exact street (5 out of the last 6 sales I think), and for us this was nothing but a good thing. Their hyperlocal expertise resulted in sensible (but still ultimately pleasing) pricing advice in a nervous market, and a rich pipeline of potential buyers which led to a very fast sale. The whole project was super-smooth and done at a very fair rate of commission, with Sargeants seamlessly handling various logistical extras (house clearance, maintenance …) as we were managing the sale remotely. Thanks!

We recently completed the purchase of our long sought after family house with excellent and friendly help from Patricia and the Sargeants team all the way. Navigating through lockdown and beyond was not an easy ask, requiring a level of patience and tact that Patricia took in her stride. We are very grateful to her and the Sargeants team and are looking forward to being very happy in our new home.... when it’s ready! THANK YOU!

TrustpilotOutstanding Property Management Service
Andrea provides an outstanding property management service, handling our large and complex portfolio with excellence. I highly recommend to landlords and tenants, as well as to contractors working in related trades. Andrea takes her responsibilities extremely seriously. She is completely committed to providing the best possible level of service to everybody, often putting herself and her family out to go beyond the call of duty.Andrea also works in a highly proactive way, taking care of essential matters before they become overdue and very often identifying and addressing budding issues well before they become serious problems.

TrustpilotI would not use anyone else
Really friendly service. The team really helped throughout the process and were a good communication tool with our buyer and seller, making the process so much less stressful. We also viewed places with them and with other local agents. We saw a huge difference in the way in which they worked. They don’t use part time weekend staff which meant that they knew the sellers and properties really well. That gave us a lot of confidence in selling through them. For that alone I would use them over any other local firm. Highly recommended.

TrustpilotSergeants were the right choice
Sargeants were amazing to deal with - we were automatically notified of all viewings scheduled and received regular & honest feedback continually through our sale process. The market is touch currently and, whilst we had hoped to sell for more, the honest and open relationship we had with the team gave us assurance that, given these conditions, we achieved the right sales price. I cannot praise Sally and Imogen highly enough but everyone we dealt with was just great. Note, we did not start with Sergeants but, having made the switch, the service was far superior.

TrustpilotAn estate agent with a huge heart.
Sargeants have been absolutely amazing, during the sale of my flat and in finding us a new place to rent. The staff are lovely- friendly, helpful, communicative and knowledgable. I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, as well as finding them a pleasure to deal with. In an area flooded with estate agents who are far more impersonal, Sargeants really stands out and has the feel of a family business that really cares about doing a good job and building positive relationships. Great attitude and fabulous people!

TrustpilotSargeants have been a brilliant letting agent
Sargeants have been a brilliant letting agent. We haven’t needed to get in contact often as the property has been let to us in great condition, but when we have needed to get in touch Andrea has always been there for whatever we need and willing to go beyond the call of duty for us. If we were looking to rent a property in the future Sargeants would definitely be the first place we tried!
