I personally had a great experience with Sargeants! I had the pleasure to deal with Angelika who provided me with a very professional advice and kept me informed about the status and implications of my queries and issues. She also provided a reasonable solution for them. I think it was an excellent customer service.

We sold our flat through Sargeants and were extremely happy with their service throughout. They were honest, genuine and were such a great support when our sale became very complicated! Sally Sweeny in particular was a really fabulous agent to work with. All in all they really worked their socks off for their commission.

TrustpilotThey rent out my 2 bed flat in Ealing
They rent out my 2 bed flat in Ealing. I like this agents as they take the commission on a monthly basis unlike other agents who seem to want to take the tenancy term up front which is unacceptable to me. Good local agent and professional staff.

We bought our home 2 yrs ago from Dean at Sargeants, and the whole process was smooth, well organised and without pressure, during that time we had a few failed attempts on other properties with other agents, Sargeants were by far the best agents we encountered. Thumbs up!

TrustpilotExcellent service and friendly agent
Very professional. Neil, the agent we dealt with was both incredibly nice and an excellent salesman. He went the extra mile and closed a deal that seemed unlikely at the start. If only more estate agents were like that!
