Had a fantastic experience with Sandersons. As a first time landlord, they truly understood my needs and tenant I was looking for. Atlanta and Valdrin lined up 5 viewings off market, and we have received two offers. Romana took time to advise me which offer to accept to suit my needs. They are very professional, they listen and actually walk the talk.

GoogleWonderful stay at Matthew and Charlotte’s flat. The place is very central within walking distance from many shops, restaurants and super close to the tube. The hosts were wonderful and were very responsive and helpful. They also set up the flat to be baby friendly which was a lovely surprise!

Super efficient and fast , I was constantly updated and inform as to how everything is advancing. All run very smoothly. On top of professionalism there is as well the human touch, so the team are excellent professionals who as well understand and listen to the clients and are always willing to help. GoogleI asked Sandersons to advise on rent for my flat, a 5 minute walk from their office, with a view to them acting as letting agent. After 6 days they had not picked up the keys which were available on the way to the flat. Two calls to the man I dealt with were disregarded, as was a call to the senior person in the office. I would not seek to use them again.

GoogleWorked with Sandersons to secure a letting in Notting Hill. Overall, the process was smooth and far better than my prior experience with other letting agencies. There were a few kinks along the way that mostly came down to communication break-down, but overall, the Sandersons team has been attentive and responsive, trust-worthy and reliable.

GoogleI tried calling several times for valuation to be done, someone with a foreign accent took my details and I still haven't heard back... My husband has also tried to book a viewing for a new apartment which came online. Always having trouble getting us in and always with a exotic excuse- I think the listing doesn't even exist! Terrible service won't bother calling them again.
