GoogleBeginning of 2016 my Girlfriend and I were looking for a 2 bed apartment in Notting Hill. We choose to work with Sandersons London and would definitely recommend the agency! Sonja worked professionally and quick! Within 2 weeks she found us a place and everything was ready for us to move in! Would always choose to go back if needed!

GoogleAppalling!! Called for a valuation on my two properties. Spoke to lettings director apparently, who didnβt speak English that well. She then got upset and hung up when I said can you repeat a few times. What a joke !

GoogleI had to trigger the early termination clause, to coincide with a move out date that was two and a half years into a three-year contract (due to emigration to the USA). I gave Sandersons ONE YEAR heads up on my general intention to do this, and three months heads up on my precise move out date. Sandersons did not advertise the listing until after I had moved out, and then took one month to inform me that the landlord had decided to undertake renovations to the property. These renovations took almost four months to conclude and for a new tenant to move into the property. Meanwhile I was on the hook for paying the rent in full during this period. All of the above is not the main reason for the one star rating however. I give them this rating for being non-responsive about questions regarding the return of my deposit WEEKS after a new tenant had moved in. In the end I contacted the landlord directly, with whom I reached an amicable and fair agreement on the matter. He was as disappointed as I was with Sandersons.

GoogleI approached Sandersons after facing slight difficulties with other agents in the area. I must admit, I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Sonja, who seemed attentive and understanding of my requirements. I was shown a number of properties that matched my exact criteria within my own time constraints. I feel that I was not pressured or treated simply like a client. The agent was amicable yet professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her. I cannot recommend the services offered to me enough, and I shall endeavour to seek out Sonja again the next time I require to chose a property. Very impressed!

After having dealt with other pushy agents it was a pleasure being shown around with someone who was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and who knew exactly what I was looking for rather than being shown crap!
