I approached Sandersons after facing slight difficulties with other agents in the area. I must admit, I was not disappointed. I was assisted by Sonja, who seemed attentive and understanding of my requirements. I was shown a number of properties that matched my exact criteria within my own time constraints. I feel that I was not pressured or treated simply like a client. The agent was amicable yet professional, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with her. I cannot recommend the services offered to me enough, and I shall endeavour to seek out Sonja again the next time I require to chose a property. Very impressed!

Although the majority of my portfolio is based around Holland Park, Sandersons were willing to assist me in the sale of one of my properties in Harrow. Where other agents had failed to get one offer, Sandersons achieved more than one and ultimately the necessary sale figure I required, all in a quicker time-frame than expected. I find the team at Sandersons a breath of fresh air, all professional, courteous and honest. I was very happy with Sandersons and will use them again.

I have a couple of properties being let by Sandersons at the moment and have a had a relationship with the company for several years. They have always been prompt in responding to me (or my family) with any problems or queries that have arisen and handled any situation diligently and attentively. Not the most helpful agency I've dealt with. They won't hesitate to nickel and dime you for every last cent of your deposit. Not the most consistent with property management either. I would suggest going with one of the larger agents - at least you know what you're getting there.

Lied to us about most things about the house & contract to get us to sign a lease. They will ignore your emails or tell you that they'll take care of things only to never do so.
