The most professional real estate agents I have ever worked with. I couldn't have asked for a more trustworthy and reliable team to support me over the past 5 years. Anne-Marie has been superb, assisting me whenever I have needed Sandersons support!

Fantastic stay in a lovely apartment in a really good location, plenty of shops & pubs nearby. The apartment was great with the most comfortable bed & pillows. Lovely bathroom products, good quality linen & overall facilities, were great we even had a secure parking spot which was really useful for us. Easy check in & great access to central London & Windsor. We would definately stay here again when looking for somewhere to stay in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sandersons as I was looking for short let accommodation and I have to say, my experience was fantastic. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of, and that the process was as smooth and stress-free as possible. Throughout the entire process, Sandersons was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They were always available to answer my questions, and they were very patient with me as I worked through my decision-making process. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

To find a property manager who manages your property as if their own is indeed a blessing. After a few hits and misses, we have been very blessed to have Charlotte Heaton manage our home. She amazes me with her future planning in dealing with the stickiest of situations and with zero procrastination. Am sure as a property manager she has many balls up in the air to manage, but she is truly exceptional in putting your interests first. Her determination, tenacity and steadfastness in providing unstinting support is astounding. A rare gem we intend to hang onto. Wishing Charlotte all the best.

I stayed at Matthew's Airbnb location in London in May 2025 and it was an absolutely splendid stay. The place was impeccably clean, easy to access and conveniently located within one block of two Tube station that offered fantastic connectivity to most areas of London. He was always accessible via message, responded promptly and even proactively checked in throughout my stay to offer support or help if needed. Five stars!!!

Charming and spacious rental in West London. Literally steps from a bus stop to get you anywhere in town. Grocery stores and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Easily accessible and roomy. Our family of 5 had plenty of space within the rental during our 1 week stay over Christmas. Matthew, our host was extremely responsive. Our heat was not working when we arrived and he quickly dispatched a maintenance guy to fix. He checked in continuously throughout our stay to make sure everything was good. A great host makes a great experience. We highly recommend.
