GoogleFinding the right place to rent can be difficult in todays climate, especially in London. Samuel Estates were really approachable and made finding and renting the right property stress free. Stefano in particular was really helpful in helping us navigate the process, very responsive and made the whole process smooth.

GoogleSamual estates has been the worst estate agent I have used. Staff have been threatening and never kept to their contract. The company has never fixed items that have broken in my property and never replied to emails. They have caused stress and anxiety to increase, when the reason to move was to decrease the stress and anxiety of my last letting agency. They have broken the law on several occasions and never taken my personal data seriously. What an utter disgrace for a company.

GoogleWe want to call your attention to our Samuel Estates' property manager for our flat who helped to us, in case you haven't noticed recently. We have been very impressed with her organizational and interpersonal skills. For the past six months or so we have had a couple of emergencies which we could not have handled from the US without her help. She also has been prompt in responding to our emails, taking the initiative to bring together various persons in solving the problems. We find her to be very professional, conscientious and always pleasant. This was our first experience with Samuel Estates in managing our flat and have been very happy and grateful for the services.

GoogleI have never dealt with such an incompetant estate agents. When moving in they gave me the wrong parking bay which then took them 2 days to figure out they also had no idea on how i was supposed to get parking permits and that I had to figure it out myself. In this time I had my car smashed and keyed through the fault of parking in the wrong space that they had given me. When I moved in it was claimed it had a proffesional clean which they kept telling me it had when I could see the carpets hadnt even been hoovered and there was dryed prawns in the cupboard, the bathrooms where filthy and the oven was full of grease. They finally admitted that it had not been proffesionally cleaned which I can only assume the owner had paid them for which was never recieved. Every phone call I made to this company was never returned within the time they suggested and I always had to call back to chase. Also in the time we was moving I told them I was in all week but i coukdnt have views saturday as me and my partner would be out. Saturday me and my daughter was ill in bed and I heard the buzzer go for the flat, he then obviously let himself in the first door and then was ringing on my door, now he believed I was out of my property yet still let himself in. Everyone who was so helpful in the begining to go through with letting the flat has now left and now I definately know why. I would never use these estate agents again.
