GoogleWe have had Samuel Estates help us secure two flats in the past three years or so. They were helpful in helping us secure our most recent flat after we wanted a change of scenery. And they made the transition easy. We have found Samuel Estates helpful, courteous and professional. We would have no hesitation in using them again.

GoogleThe Samuel Estates team has been managing my property for over 10 years and I feel they have mine (as landlord) and the tenants best interest at heart. I receive an "all-inclusive" service I can trust - so important given I reside overseas - while the tenants receive prompt response and support for anything concerning the property.

FacebookSamuel Estates have been letting my two apartments for many years and I have been consistently impressed with their service. New tenants are found and processed swiftly and effectively, meaning very little time when the flats are unoccupied. Communication by phone and email is excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a flawless property service.

GoogleWe have used Samuel Estates for a number of years now. They look after our rental property at Abbey Mills. We have been delighted with the service they have given us and they take a lot of worries away as we live in Cornwall. We would thoroughly recommend them they have been superb.

FacebookJust waited in for someone from Samuel Estates to come and do an evaluation- called them after we'd waited half an hour to be told it 'didn't seem to be in the diary.' They took all the house details when we booked the visit- not impressed
