Do not even bother, an orangutan could run a better establishment. Listed below are all the issues I found:. No microwave - you don't realize how much you need one until you don't have one. No free coffee - have to buy one if you want one, wouldn't be an issue if so many other offices offered it for free. Disgusting bike storage and alley - smells like pee and doors are always blocked by bins. Saw someone smoking crack by it once, the office was so rubbish I almost joined him. Meeting rooms cost hundreds of pounds to book - booked a meeting room once for a couple of hours, costed the company like £200, might as well have booked a night at the Savoy and had a chat in there. Staff didn't want to be there - I think someone needs to remind them they're being paid to help out. Anytime I asked for anything, I was treated like a fool for even considering wasting their time. It's not that they are rude, they just seem annoyed. Terrible Wifi - admittedly, asked for help and got it (big respect to the IT team) but regardless was still rubbish. How can an office in this day and age have poor wifi. I'll tell you why, so they can charge an arm and a leg for the wifi upgrade, absolute joke. Office Cleaners and bins- they do a decent job in the toilets and communal area but they just never empty the bins in our actual office. The only reason they probably don't is because we actually had to buy our own one. It's a plastic tub, how expensive can it be to have a bin placed in every office and provided us with one.Let me tell you a little story. Our company was hosting an event, so we decided to book two meeting rooms (walls could be taken down in between to make one big room). No idea how much it cost but if a room for 4 people for 2 hours costs nearly £200 then god knows how much this one costs. We turned up at the rooms about 15 mins before we had booked them. No one was using them so we thought we might as well go in and set up. That's when we were told we still had to wait 15 mins until our booking actually started. Ridiculous notion but not the end of the world. After 15 mins, we get in and have a couple of Spaces staff help us set up. I understand they didn't need to help and they may not have been having the best day at work but my god were they rude. Huffing and puffing, making comments and generally just being a bit off with us. But like I said, I don't know what their situation is, so not a major issue but another one none the less. Finally, our food arrived, to which we were informed we weren't allowed to have it. We're told, any food for an event must come through Spaces partner catering company, another way to fleece you of more money. They failed to tell us this when we booked and during anytime between booking and the event. All these things may seem minor but added up and taking into account other issues with the office, it left a really bad taste in the mouth. When you're already spending a fortune for the office, a fortune for the wifi, and a fortune for the meeting room, it's not out of this realm to expect Spaces to treat you a little nicer. To conclude, don't even bother with this office, just go to a WeWork instead. But if you're unable to do that, you're better off working in the bike storage alley I mentioned earlier.

TrustpilotIt’s a good place, with poor quality
It’s a good place, with a excellent service but the acustic of the office it’s really bad, shared services as air conditioners are not easily access and the have not control about what kind of enterprise are receiving, for example, a racing simulator without use of headphones and plus a bad acustic, so I heard the cars clearly and I was 5 or 7 office from them. How I said the acustic isolation is poor

TrustpilotShady practices, go somewhere else
Purposely unclear about how to cancel a membership and automatic renewal notices to sign you up against your will. I've sent them emails stating that I wanted to change my membership and was told my contract would only be over in March. After reaching out again in February to confirm I wanted to end my membership, I was then told my contract had renewed until end of May, and that I missed the notice period... Sent multiple emails to get out of it, reminding them that I had already said I wanted out but they wouldn't hear anything. They clearly knew my intentions but did a great job at being vague and unclear on how to exit, to charge you even more and automatically renew your subscriptions.

Hi Yann, I understand that you’re disappointed and I’m really sorry about it. We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. All our agreements do not end automatically, and they should be ended online according to their notice period. You contacted us previously regarding this and were correctly informed that your agreement had already renewed. Your current agreement will end on 31 May 2023; it is a formal business commitment, and it should be honoured. Thank you, Lorraine Brule Global Customer Service at Spaces

TrustpilotContractual issues
I have been issued with a contract that I did not sign and was not communicated. They have not adjusted my payments. I've been in multiple contact, they are an invisible, unresponsive central team however the office manager in Reading has done her best to resolve the situation. Lost patience which is why I'm posting this review.

GooglePoorly maintained office by Regus. Toilets were constantly out of order (sinks and toilets clogged) same as for sinks until life spring into life in them. Really disgusting. Often no soap or toilet paper.
Then during refurbishment there was no toilets on the floor for couple of months as well as no shower in entire building.
Cycling shed is constantly blocked with containers or the street by trucks.
Office quite often either too hot or so cold that everyone wears jackets and gloves.
Fire alarms so inconsistent and triggered by constructors, so we had to ignore them even if they go off... until real fire happens and no one will evacuate. Not a single training on fire evacuation in 6 months.
If you want your employees to be very unhappy then this is the place for you!

I’m at Al Santos 200, Brazil. The staff is awesome and the palce is beautiful, things work properly. But the process for renewing my contract, all the emails in english, a link hidden in the middle of tbe text saying “order now”, instead of “click here to sign the contract “, was a terrible experience. This automatic emails are a mess. Could be much more simple and must be in portuguse.

Trustpilotno availability
Spaces Athens, GreeceI can hardly find availability on the date I need to book an office. Many buildings are fully booked by big companies. They don't keep few offices for simple subscibers, so they are not even an option. So, although they advertise they have many locations, some of them are permanently booked (ex. Glyfada branch). Try to check the availability before you buy any product. Otherwise, good environment, clean, very friendly receptionists

TrustpilotSpaces at CityPoint London
We moved in a couple of days ago and this is already turning traumatic. The so-called 'community' meeting rooms are always booked. Always. At £75 per hour for a meeting, nobody in their sane mind will pay for such a thing. No milk in the fridge. No coffee.Tap water, with a wonky faucet just waiting to snap out of the wall.Kitchen is always dirty - water everywhere, dishwasher never turned on.No utensils, no nothing. No mail sorting. You basically have to go in the mailroom yourself (that's the 'official' stance') and find your package - among the hundreds of others. You're basically renting four walls. That's it.Also, this particular building hasn't had its air circulation system cleaned in years. You can smell and often straight-up choke from the amount of dust.

Beautiful work spaces with decent wifi. However, trying to get a hold of their IT department has been challenging if you need custom settings for your office space. Also, the physical security measures could be much improved in terms of checking badges, verifying guest access to the private office space areas, etc.

TrustpilotSpaces - Mappin House
Spaces: Mappin House Like others, I observe that a 1 Star rating, is 1 Star too many!!I have written previously, to complain about shocking management and administration processes adopted at Mappin House, which is supposed to be Space's flag-ship, 5* property!!!!?Having been a client at Mappin House for the better part of 5 years, and having paid invoices totalling in excess of £70,000 to Spaces/Regus, I was astounded to find out today, that "The Client Relation Manager" took it upon herself, to unilaterally decide to remove my mail box, without having the decency or curtesy to tell me what she was about to do. In the process, I have to guess that she has sent my mail (including a letter which enclosed a cheque for work done) "back to sender".......?!When I raised a compliant verbally to the manager, and asked for an explanation, I was told that she was too busy to deal with my complaint, but that she would reply later today. However, the better part of a working day has now passed, I have watched her chat with colleagues, wonder aimlessly around the floor, and sit at her desk...... So, it is no surprise to me that the promised response has not materialised. It is bad enough that client complaints are generally ignored, but the attitude of the property manager at Mappin House is only part of a bigger problem. Space's own company Policies & Processes are often not enforced, from bulk-emailing clients and forgetting to blind-copy everyone on the mailing list, through to poor, inaccurate accounting and administration, broken lifts, tired and stained soft and hard finishes, and the main gent's toilets were "out of service" for the better part of 8+ weeks - all without explanation or apology. I accept that its normal for properties to encounter technical and administration problems, but it is not normal for a company's chosen representative, to run away from their responsibilities, and in the process prove they have forgotten their job title: "Client Relations Manager"! In conclusion, I believe it is a sad indictment that Spaces are ready to employ managers who are unable to define the meaning of the word "SERVICE"..... Furthermore, when a manager is prepared to accuse a client of breaking the law, they are then unwilling to row-back and acknowledge their mistake, preferring instead to dig an even deeper hole for themselves, by mustering a sarcastic smile and the rather bizarre comment: "Thank you for your feedback" - repeated 3 times........!SECOND REVIEW Sent Mid: 2019Original Review:A Great location and a really nice crowd of people use this office space, and the reception staff, cafe staff and the in-house cleaner are all brilliant.BUT, The Management and Admin Staff of this 'Regus' owned, 'Spaces' branded company have a great deal to learn. It might help if they realised they are working in the "Service Industry", so should define the word "Service" and then add it to their mission statement. I may not be considered a “big” client by Spaces, but my annual accounts show I have paid a little short of £65,000.00 for rent and extra charges.I was once over charged by £22,000 and aggressively informed I had 24 hours to pay! Of course, I disputed the charge (I was in the Middle East at the time, so I was obliged to make a lot of international calls to understand what was happening), and while the 22K did eventually disappear from my account, no one from Spaces contacted me to explain what had happened or thought it necessary to apologise for the stress and inconvenience caused. Then, Invoices for extra services are often inaccurate, £360 of coffee shop expenses included multiple charges for strange figures like 32p, 91p & £2.97, which neither the coffee shop or the Spaces team could explain, again the charges disappeared from my statement just as quickly as they had appeared, but no one contacted me to explain what had happened...... Most recently Zini, "The Community Manager" at Spaces Oxford Street informed me that I was misusing my membership and “breaking the law by using the building as my business address, and consequently she’d be obliged to return any mail received for me ‘to sender’, unless I started paying for mail services, she also informed me out of the blue that Id have pay extra for every guest that visited me. I pointed out that I believed she was wrong, showed her my contract which contradicted her comments, escalated the matter to Mr. Taylor, the "City Team Leader" for Spaces, Regus, and provided documented evidence to prove my case. Weeks on and the silence is palpable, I’ve tried to jog them along, but Ms Zini defiantly holds her position, while Mr. Taylor will not even reply to my emails.Much is made of Spaces being a premium property that offers premium facilities and certainly the cost of membership conclusively backs up these claims. However, the level of accuracy in the accounts and the really poor Admin and Management provided, leaves this property profoundly lacking - a great shame!

TrustpilotReview with suggestions
My experience with Spaces is fantastic. I could suggest a few things though:1. No cleaning during lunch hours (12-14) in the lunch areas- the smell of Clorox associated with food is unpleasant. 2. A notice in advance regarding certain events (filming for ex.) that would take place at my floor or in the common area, because I might have meetings planned. 3. A 'meet and greet' event with a minimum number of people would be nice.

TrustpilotShocking deterioration in the service & poor value for money
Shocking deterioration in the service, client care and value for money provided by Spaces in Teddington. The service levels have been degrading for several years, rents have been going up, they charge a load of hidden extras and stitch you up commercially. The Regus Management have zero interest in resolving problems and supporting the Centre staff, who keep leaving as it's such a thankless task.I have been a tenant for over 5 years at Spaces Teddington and spent almost a £100,000 and introduced in the early years a number of other companies who became tenants so you would have thought I'd get some loyalty and they'd be prepared to listen to the complaints and act on feedback. I got nothing and promises to get back to me never materialised.I've now left and droves of other businesses have left or are leaving as it is such poor value for money and a poor environment for both the tenants and the visitors they bring in.If you're thinking about taking up a lease there, think twice. Or get in touch with me - 0740 729 2339 - and I'll share with you why you might be better off looking at one of the alternatives, who are markedly better than Spaces / Regus. Or ask one of the existing tenants.Somewhere along the line, Regus have lost the plot and their customers are suffering as a result.

Hi Sanjiv, thank you for reaching out.We understand that you have several frustrations which have been discussed with you already, but I recognise that the cause of your complaint is related to the office restoration service. The office restoration service is a part of your agreement. This service is provided to all our customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. However, an additional deep cleaning is required as the state of the office when you left requires more than the standard service.I have immediately asked the manager of your centre to look into this as a priority. GoogleMiserable joke of a meeting space. Considering Regus are in the business of providing meeting spaces, this is an embarrassment. No staff available until 9am (very difficult to start your meeting at 9am if there's no-one to let you in or tell you what room you're in). WiFi use is incredibly complex - why not just let users sign up? In the EC area, no-one is leeching free WiFi when you're never more than 100m from McDonald's or Starbucks. Meeting room was unbearably hot and made brainstorming very difficult. No free refreshments provided so bring your own coffee. Water was a scarce resource too. Staff were asked repeatedly for help and none came. An utter waste of time.

TrustpilotHorrible
Horrible! Awful!!! It took me more than a month to clear the unnecessary payment they sent to my account for about £1000. The conditions were good, but the invoice process and sales were horrible. I would not use it because of that. The stuff is nice to you, but the most important thing is to help you choose the best option the company has to offer you. I got the worst price and they still haven't sent me the refund. And when I asked for a receptionist and then a sales why I got these invoices, they told me - we can't do anything. You should contact support. It is generated automatically. And they would responded in 5 business days. And if you have another question, you'll need 5 more days to get an answer back. And what they did, they said to me, check because it is like it was in the invoices. It was like talking with robots. They were useless. I was so tired, that I gave up!!! Horrible!!! And still negotiating with them! Awful!!

Hi Maria, I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this. When you processed your termination on 1 August, you selected the option to request the business continuation service. This was therefore included on the next month’s cycle and the invoice was raised on 31 August. You contacted the account helpdesk on the evening of 1 September to flag that you didn’t mean to select this and a credit note was raised for this on 4 September; only 1 business day had passed and the credit note was processed on a Sunday, so we feel that it is hugely unfair that you claim “It took me more than a month to clear the unnecessary payment”. There was an anomaly on the account for a smaller amount that you flagged on 7 September and we raised credit notes for this and confirmed this to you on the same day. The account currently has a 0 balance with no open cases in our systems so we believe that, contrary to your complaint, there is nothing still pending.
