Horrible experience. I called to view a house today. The receptionist told me I could view it same day. She took all my details and would send me viewing confirmation. I didnt receive the email so I called. She gave me the door nr and told me to ho there. I took an uber and paid almost £20 to find out that the property has been sold and they hadn't updated their listing. To have a listing outdated I have experienced before. But not being able to send a confirmation email and sending someone to a property that is sold is a disgrace.

Me and my partner were shown properties in the Acton area by Priyesh who was very helpful in answering any of our questions and managed to successfully negotiate our offer with the landlord. He was able to get the ball rolling quickly and try and enable us to move in ASAP, however we eventually decided to hold off on looking for houses for other reasons. Despite this, the team was very professional in handling this and I cannot fault the communication and experience from Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton in handling the situation.

They have been attentive, organised and made my life as easy as possible by explaining and facilitating resolution of national and local landlord requirements.
