I have been a client at one of RSK's competitors for a couple of years now, but a close friend recommended RSK as a very professional and serious estate agent. Initially I was rather sceptical and concerned, but very pleasantly surprised by Rhiannon who understood my needs from day 1, identified the property and later conducted the whole process with extreme professionalism and dedication. Micaela and Andrew were also very kind, professional and helpful when they stepped in for Rihannon on her day off. Unfortunately half way through, the process turned out to be quite bumpy and upsetting. Things got very messy when RSK's reference and background check partner company, started their process. They were excruciatingly slow, unprofessional and personally offensive. They definitely do not live up to RSK's professional standards. Rather a shame for such a serious and professional company with amazing professionals like Rhiannon who was the actual reason for not having given up.

They were very proactive throughout the process, which made things much smoother for us. Communication was consistent and reliable; they made sure to keep us updated, often on a weekly basis. They always seemed well-informed and organized. The team was professional, very quick to pick up calls, and very understanding. It was a pleasure dealing with them overall. A special note for Karam, our primary contact, who was excellent at keeping in touch and providing timely updates.

The initial experience with this company was highly positive. The property is beautiful, unfortunately that's where the quality of service stops. The original agreement date to move in was set and signed for a date before the previous tenants were expected to move out. When asked for support we were told to figure it out ourselves, we ended up doing this and the service went downhill further if you can believe it. We have now moved in and looking to get a few minor fixes to the property, one mainly that the attic door is permanently left open, the washing machine leaks and the back garden is left in disrepair. We had been dealing with one of their property managers who has left the company, there was no handover and no outcome to our outstanding issues. To say this company needs to do better is an understatement.

Even better was their arranging for the delivery and installation of the furniture we needed for the let. I would strongly caution anyone against using RSK. Throughout my tenancy, I followed all proper procedures and reported maintenance issues, including during their routine six-month inspections. Despite this, they are now trying to deduct part of my deposit for a problem I had already reported.
