Contacted the office to request a sales valuation which was arranged by Selina Singh. The valuation was attended, but I never received contact after that. I have now instructed another agent to sell my property Update 15/11: Received a call from the Valuer who was in shock that they had receivd a one star review as this was the first time it had happened to her. Offered me a case of wine which I declined. Update 20/11: Was just called by the office asking if I wished to have my property valued! Clearly something not right at this office.

Kim Mellor was the Property Manager for our home in West London for a year and a half. She visited us on several occasions and was an absolute delight to work with. She was supportive and reassuring, allowing us to form a true bond and giving us the confidence to seek her help whenever we needed it- with any problem no matter how seemingly insignificant or difficult it was. I would highly recommend RSK Ealing as they truly work in your best interest as a tenant. The property management team are highly responsive, even when your designated property manager is unavailable, providing a real sense of security. Initially was OK to help me find a place. Since ending my contract they are trying to apply additional charges and take them from my deposit, despite this not being stated in the contract, or included in an invoice that was sent to me (which I did agree to pay). This additional "Landlord administration fee" (which the landlord has said he was not even aware of) was sent to me from the people managing the deposit, who sent me an email stating the deductions from my deposit as if I had agreed them with RSK... I have not! I have a contract, an invoice and a clear email trail on my side and RSK are still delaying my deposit... very disappointing, and shameful to think that some tenants are desperate for their deposit and probably have their arm twisted into agreeing these fictitious fee's just to get some money back for moving and new deposits.

Having a slightly challenging property at the time of sale was quite worrying but as soon as we spoke to Krishan and his team we were very reassured as their approach was very positive and always with a can-do attitude. Keeley, Chris and the team in general worked very hard to get a constant flow of views, with permanent updates and never giving up. Yes, you could save some money with a sell-it-yourself service but if you need some extra effort, this is where Krishan and his team from RSK excel. Very happy with their service

Publishing again as my review has been deleted.Leaving one star to evaluate your 'service' with relation to my experience is highly inaccurate and creates a false illusion to people potentially considering to let one of your properties.I have sent four emails to one agent of RSK, who personally reached out to inform me he would be 'handling' the issue concerning a significant increase in council tax and a housemate absconding her contract. Despite having submitted all necessary documentation and references required to rent the property, I later received a response from another agent (who maintained good communication throughout most of the process), stating I would need a guarantor.Prior to this, I had requested clarification regarding why council tax would be increasing by a significant amount from October 2024 (a seemingly random time of year) (before renting, the council tax stated in post was £81 per person, with no indication that it will increase). After expressing that I would not provide guarantor details until my queries, particularly around the council tax increase, were addressed, I was subsequently ignored by both mentioned agents.Despite following up, the first agent did not escalate my concerns, and since my initial inquiry on 10th September (first sent to agent no.1 and then consistently forwarded to agent no.2 ), I have received no adequate response. The official tenancy was to start 26 September. As a result, I was left with no choice but to withdraw my application entirely.Dear RSK, I would appreciate it if you could kindly inform the third agent who reached out to me with a screenshot of the council tax letter, telling me to 'ensure the amount is settled', that they should first review the last 4-5 emails I sent to both the first and second agent mentioned, where this matter has been addressed in great detail.This agency has consistently demonstrated a lack of competence in managing this situation. I strongly advise against considering any business dealings, including renting or purchasing property, with this agency.

My family and I needed to rent a place within a week and Han made it happen even sooner than that for us. He found our perfect home on the first day and had us moved in by day 6! The place ticked all of our boxes and we love it! I can’t explain how well Han listened to what we wanted, was extremely polite, professional and helpful at all times and made the whole process and transition extremely easy and smooth for my family and I.
